The episode starts with Digvijay deciding to join the hospital as soon as possible and just Rani comes in. DG ignores her but Rani explains to him that she loves him and she doesn’t want to frame him. Dj tells Rani that whatever she was doing just to save his reputation and DJ tells Rani that he can understand her feelings. Dj suggests Rani to take care of her and the child and suggests to him that she is not matured yet to handle this kind of situation. Rani tells DJ that Dr Lal is an innocent man and he helps her. Dj tells Rani that he knows Dr Lal very well but money can’t do anything. Rani is about to say something about Alisha and just then Alisha comes in. Alisha takes Dj for lunch and Devu comes to call Rani. Devu learns from Rani that Dr Lal is an innocent man and Alisha is behind the conspiracy. Rani tells the coincidence between Dr Lal and Dr Dubey. Devu tells Rani that no one will believe her and for them Alisha is a goddess. Rani tells Devu that she needs proof against Alisha and she wants the main culprit behind the bar. Rani tells Devu that Alisha is injurious for her family and Devu tells Rani that she can’t lose her relationship with DJ.
Alisha tells everyone to have their food and she leaves but Baa and Naryani tell her to have dinner. Pinky suggests Alisha take leaves from the hospital and she sits beside Digvijay. Dhananjay comes home and he is very upset. Dhananjay shows the news to everyone that no one is ready to believe that Digvijay is innocent and no one is ready to come for the treatment.
Digvijay gets disheartened after seeing the news and Alisha spreads the news that Dr Lal is the main culprit behind the conspiracy. Alisha tells the PR team to make Digvijay the hero in all the social media platforms. Dj and Naryani are impressed with Alisha’s intelligence but Alisha is still worried because she thinks Rani is doubting her. Alisha wants Rani to stay away from this matter and Pinky comes to tell her that she has got the chance to unite with DJ and Alisha tells Pinky that she just wants to save Digvijay. Alisha and Pinky see that Rani is going outside and she meets Dr Lal’s family.
Dr Lal’s daughter shares her pain with Rani and they want Rani to save her father. Dr Lal’s wife tells Rani that her husband is an innocent man and Rani promises to help them. Rani tells them that she will do anything to save Dr Lal and suggests them to go for now. Rani sees Narayani has listened to the conversation and Pinky starts the drama. Alisha tells Rani that she has been warned to stay away from this matter and everyone starts taunting her. Alisha tells Rani that she is making her efforts totally wasted and she tries to show that Rani is an idiot girl. Pinky also tells Rani that she is misbehaving with her family and Naryani tele DJ to drop Rani to Rajkot. Digvijay also decided to drop Rani to Rajkot and Pinky ordered Rani to pack her bags. Rani comes to her room and Devu comes to stop Rani but Rani will not go anywhere. Rani tells Devu that she will not go anywhere and she will save Digvijay. Rani tells Devu that she has a plan.
Madhuri tells Naryani that whatever is happening is not good and they must think about Rani. Madhuri tells Naryani that Rani’s condition is not good enough and she suggests her to calm them down for a few days. Baa tells DG that he will not stay in Rajkot and just drops her. Naryani tells DJ that he will not go and Ishaan and Dhananjay will drop Rani because she wants him to get stuck in this problem. Dj decides to go and drop personally because he doesn’t want Rani to take stress. Rani tells DJ that he doesn’t have to worry about her but she can manage alone. Pinky taunts Rani for destroying Gandhi’s images and Dj tells Rani that he will have to come with him. Naryani tells DJ that he will not go anywhere and she begs Dj. Naryani tells DJ that he will not go and DJ tells Ishaan and Dhananjay to go. Rani takes her luggage and she is about to leave but Rani still has some plans. Pinky suggests to Alisha that this is the chance she can grab to get back Dj in her life.
