The episode starts with Digvijay confronting Sujata and she completely changes her statement. Sujata tells Rani that she can go against Alisha mam and she returns the gold bangles to Rani which was given by Naryani. Sujata tells Alisha that she is very sorry and she can’t go against her. Rani thinks that why Alisha has taken the gold bangles but unfortunately Alisha takes the bangles after Rani leaves for Rajkot. Alisha plays her moves now and she starts telling everyone that no one believes her. Alisha tells Rani that she will not come in this house ever again and she walks away with an evil smile. Pinky stops Alisha and apologises to her. Pinky wants Alisha to forgive her and Alisha acts smartly in front of everyone. Alisha tells Rani that she knows Digvijay very well and he was her best friend. Alisha tells Rani that no one has pointed her and she will not give the blame to her. Naryani stops Alisha and apologises to her for not believing her. Rani tries to explain Narayani but she starts yelling at her and Alisha tells Rani that she is jealous of Alisha who saves their Digvijay. Pinky tells Alisha to stop crying and forget everything. Baa tells Alisha to forget everything and serves the food made by her. Everyone goes for dinner and Digvijay completely ignores Rani.
Rani tells Alisha that she is confirmed now that she is responsible for the conspiracy and she challenges Alisha that soon she will be exposed. Rani tells Alisha to forget Digvijay and she will not let her evil eyes on his family.
Rani tells Digvijay that he hasn’t spoken to her from last night and even all the family members are against her. Digvijay tells Rani that he can’t believe that she will cross the limit to prove Alisha guilty and she had done wrong with Alisha. Digvijay tells Rani that he is taking his mother to the temple and he tells her that she will study from home now. Rani promises herself that soon she will expose Alisha and she will prove it anyhow.
Mr Bajaj has called Alisha and showed the newspaper in which it’s written that Digvijay uses Dr Lal to save himself. Mr Bajaj tells Alisha that his reputation and hospital is at stake just because of Digvijay. Alisha consoles Mr Bajaj and tells him that soon Digvijay will be back to the hospital. Alisha tells Mr Bajaj that they will create a demand for Digvijay and they will earn more. Mr Bajaj asks Alisha what’s the reason behind her obsession for Digvijay and he openly tells Alisha that her feelings have awakened for Digvijay because everything she comes to save him. Mr Bajaj tells Alisha that he is noticing her and she has also shifted into Digvijay’s house.
Ishaan and Dhananjay discuss that Alisha is playing smartly and failing Rani’s efforts. Rani requests Dhananjay to grant the bail for Mr Lal because he helped her in tough times. Ishaan asks Dhananjay how it will be possible and Dhananjay assures Rani that on medical terms Dr Lal will get bail. Rani tells Dhananjay that she will focus on Alisha after Dr Lal gets the bail.
Mr Bajaj confronts Alisha for hiding the truth from her and he is very hurt because Alisha still wants Digvijay back in his life in spite of being with him. Mr Bajaj reminds Alisha that he has done a lot for her and she doesn’t deserve to be in a position where she is. Mr Bajaj tells Alisha that she fools him and uses him. Mr Bajaj tells Alisha that she still loves Digvijay and soon he will expose her. Mr Bajaj tells Alisha that he will disowns her from everything and he will break the partnership.
Devu tells Rani that she heard that Naryani aunty will do her Godh bharai but now she doesn’t know what will happen.
Naryani tells Gayatri that they will have to do the Godh Bharai of Rani otherwise their relatives will start questioning them. Pinky tells Naryani that Alisha is missing and her phone is switched off because last night Rani threatened Alisha in the kitchen. Digvijay gets angry with Rani and calls Rani. Pinky starts confronting Rani and accuses her. Pinky tells Rani that Alisha’s phone is switched off and Digvijay decides to call Mr Bajaj to know about Alisha. Digvijay learns from Mr Bajaj’s staff that he is no more and he died because of a heart attack. Digvijay asks for Alisha and he learns that Alisha is not here. Digvijay tells everyone that Mr Bajaj is dead and Alisha is in shock.
Alisha had an accident and Digvijay is worried for her. The police call an ambulance to take Alisha and everyone is shocked.
