The episode starts with Naryani and Pinky insists Digvijay take them but Digvijay goes alone to see Alisha. Devu asks Rani that till yesterday everything was right and Rani suspects that Alisha is behind Mr Bajaj’s heart attack. Pinky tells Naryani that last night they taunt Alisha a lot and she didn’t believe her even just because of Rani.
Digvijay comes to give condolences to Mr Bajaj where Mr Bajaj’s relatives talk about Alisha’s affairs with Digvijay. DJ learns from Alisha’s staff that Alisha met an accident and he rushed to see her in the hospital.
Rani feels curious and she calls Digvijay to ask about Alisha. Digvijay tells Rani that Alisha is in trauma and he is going to see her. Alisha tells Digvijay that Mr Bajaj knows everything about their affair and he is hurt. Digvijay comforts and console Alisha.
Pinky starts yelling at Madhuri because she is making a guest list for Rani’s God Bharai but Madhuri tells her that she is doing according to Naryani aunty and Rani listens to what Pinky is saying to Madhuri.
Alisha tells Digvijay that she regrets what happened in the past shouldn’t have happened and if he should control his anger then they would stay together. Naryani calls Digvijay and tells him to bring Alisha to their home. Pinky goes to set the room for her and Madhuri gives the guest list to Narayani.
Rani comes for her check up with Devu and Rani learns from the doctor that she will have to do delivery next month because the infection is finished yet in the child’s kidney. The doctor assures Rani that everything is normal and she suggests her to get ready. Rani tells Devu that they will have to go home now because Digvijay might bring Alisha to their home.
Naryani comforts Alisha and Madhuri serves her the juice. Rani is back and she tells Digvijay that the doctor will do the delivery next month because the kidney infection is not yet finished. Digvijay tells Alisha to take a rest but Alisha doesn’t want to have a rest.
Digvijay tells Alisha not to worry about the hospital because he has spoken to the board of directors and they will handle the hospital till then she will rest. Alisha tells Digvijay that he will have to announce in the hospital that he will be the chairman in the hospital and everyone is shocked with this decision. Alisha tells Digvijay that she trusts him a lot and only he can do it. Digvijay refuses to accept the post but Alisha begs him to accept the post. Naryani tells Digvijay to accept and follow what Alisha is saying to him. Digvijay takes Alisha to her room in front of everyone.
Vijay tells Naryani that she must ask everyone before keeping Alisha in the house because it might affect the relationship between Rani and Digvijay. Gayatri agrees with Vijay and Naryani tells them that they are not looking at Alisha’s condition.
Rani sees in dreams that Dr Lal is blaming her and Alisha is taunting her with Sujata. Rani wakes up and she sees Digvijay showing concern to Alisha but Alisha suggests him to give time to Rani.
Digvijay tells Pinky to take the food of Alisha in the room and he starts feeding her. Rani watches everything and Digvijay tells Pinky to give the medicine to Alisha because he will have to go. Digvijay gets the call from the hospital and he tells the board of directors to work accordingly to Alisha. Digvijay sees Rani is not sleeping and he tells Rani to take a rest. Digvijay picks up the books of Rani and tells her to sleep. Rani holds Digvijay’s hand and asks him to sit beside her. Digvijay tells Rani that Alisha is just a friend of him and he is just comforting her. Digvijay tells Rani not to be insecure and there are lots of people here who will take care of her but he is alone to take care of Alisha. Digvijay tells Rani to go to sleep and Rani still does not believe in Alisha because she learns from the news that Mr Bajaj had a fight with Mr Alisha that morning. Rani hears that Alisha is banging the door and he opens the door. Alisha holds Digvijay and tells him that she can’t sleep alone. Alisha tells Digvijay that she saw Mr Bajaj and he was calling her. Digvijay tells Alisha that he will tell Pinky to sleep with her. Rani decides to expose Alisha.
