The episode starts with Rani feeling not well and she starts getting cramps in her stomach. Rani asks her baby to support her and this is a very tough fight for her. Rani tells her baby that she has no option left to give up and she asks the baby to support her. Dj sees Rani in a restless position and he comes to console her but Rani doesn’t listen to him. Rani asks Dj if he really loves her and Dj remains silent. Rani tells DJ that he is her first love and she really loves him. Dj starts remembering the moments he was with Rani and he tells Rani that she comes into his life like a tsunami. Dj tells Rani that he didn’t get any time to think what to do and he is unaware of his feelings. Rani tells DJ to take the hot bag back if he doesn’t have any feelings for her. Rani broke down emotionally.
Dj gets angry after Rani asks a stupid question and what he will answer to Rani now. Alisha calls Dj but he disconnects the call and she calls again. Dj picks up the call and he shows his answer to her. Alisha tells DJ that he must teach a lesson to Rani but Dj tells Alisha not to interfere in his matter. Dj tells Alisha that he will meet her at the hospital tomorrow. Alisha decides to achieve Dj back but before that she will give him a surprise in the disciplinary meeting in which Kavita will make sure that she will get restigated.
Rani is worried and she is in a dilemma about what she will do now. An Incident was about to take place but Madhuri saves Rani. Madhuri and Devu give hope to Rani and assure her that everything will be fine.
Rani sees the clothes of Dj spreading in the room and she picks up his clothes. Rani finds a watch and she knows that Dj doesn’t wear any watch. Dj takes the watch from Rani’s hand and decides not to tell anything to Rani but Rani asks him directly that this watch has been given by Alisha. Dj refuses to accept and tries to change the topic. Rani gets broken because Dj is engaged with Alisha in spite of being married to her. Rani tells DJ that he doesn’t love her and he has cheated on her. Rani tells DJ that he has feelings for her emotions and she claims that he doesn’t love her. Dj tells Rani that he hasn’t accepted the gift of Alisha and she is unaware of it. Rani tells DJ that she falls in love with the wrong guy who is heartless .
Baa prays Kanhaji that Naryani gets a brain because she doesn’t know what Rani will bring a new problem. Baa reminds Dj not to forget that he will not support Rani and DJ tells Baa that he will not support Rani but Rani tells DJ that she doesn’t need his help. Dj tells Rani that he will see how she will the college management alone.
Rani comes to college and she has been surrounded by the media. The media says that today the college will decide whether Rani is right or wrong .
Baa tells Naryani that she will see what Rani will do. Ishaan tells everyone to switch on the television in which the news is spreading that Rani has done the operation after being a first year student. Narayani gets angry to see the media surrounding Rani and not letting her go. Ishaan calls Dj to inform and suddenly the media sees Dj coming into the college. Rani and everyone is surprised to see Dj.
