The episode starts with Pinky telling DG that he is changed on the first night. Dj tells everyone that Rani is having a fever and Naryani checks it. Naryani tells Gayatri that if Rani’s family comes tomorrow then they will raise their fingers on her. Dj tells everyone that Rani is having 102 degree fever. Naryani went to bring food for her and Devu went to bring cold water for her. Rani wakes up and DJ tells her that she is having 102 degree fever but Dj doesn’t want Rani to leave the room and he tells her to sleep.
Gayatri searched everywhere for an admit card but she didn’t find it. Chitra asks Gayatri what happens but Gayatri tells her that Rani’s admit is missing which she has kept inside her cupboard.
Rani tells Madhuri and Devu that she doesn’t want to eat anything and she is absolutely fine. Dj comes with the medicine but Rani doesn’t want to take it. Rani tells DJ to take away the medicine because he might have lots of work to do. Dj tells Rani that he is not a general physician and he is a heart surgeon. Dj forcefully gives the medicine to Rani and Madhuri and Devu stay away. Rani learns from Gayatri that her admit card is missing.
Alisha is tensed that his phone is not reachable and suddenly Mr Bajaj gives her a surprise. Mr Bajaj asks Alisha what was Dj doing last night and Alisha tells him that Dj got married last night forcefully. Alisha tells Mr Bajaj that Dj had surgery last night which got cancelled and Rani comes to take him. Mr Bajaj gets insecure with Alisha’s closeness to Dj. Alisha tells Mr Bajaj that Dj is her best friend. Alisha gets a call from Dj and she learns he is coming to the hospital.Rani searched everywhere in the room but she didn’t get the admit card. Rani is confirmed now that it’s Pinky’s conspiracy.
Rani paste the admit card copies on Pinky’s room which made Pinky surprised. Pinky tells herself that she had thrown the card but Rani tells her that she has lots of copies of the card. Rani tells Pinky that she knows about her plan and how far she can go. Pinky denies the allegations but Rani shows her broken bangles which she was wearing last night. Rani tells Pinky that she doesn’t have to prove any because everyone is aware of her mentality. Rani warns Pinky to stay away from her personal life because becoming a doctor is her dream and she has sacrificed a lot for it.
Dj thinks about Rani in the hospital and Alisha tells him that she wants the best equipment for her hospital which will make her hospital proud. Alisha asks Dj did Narayani aunty scold him because of Rani and she tells DJ that Rani is forcefully taking him home last night. Alisha suggests Dj to the legal step because he can’t focus on his work. Dj tells Alisha to stay calm and give him some time. Dj tells Alisha to leave the file and he will tell her later.
Baa is back and she apologises to Naryani because Baa is given permission for Rani and Dj’s wedding. Baa wants to meet Rani and Pinky tells Baa that Rani is studying in her room because she wants to become a doctor. Baa tells Narayani to accept Rani as her Bahu because she can grab sympathy from everyone and Gayatri will like her.
Madhuri tells Rani that she told her not to work and take rest. Rani tells Madhuri that she can do work like her and Chitra gives the books to Rani which Dj gives to her. Baa tells Narayani that she will have to take control of Rani and Pinky agrees with Baa. Naryani accepts that she will have to take control of Rani and Pinky and Baa will help her.
Dj calls Chitra and asks about the book she delivered to Rani. Chitra tells DJ that she had given her the book and she already started her studies. Dj wants to talk to Rani because she is not picking his call. Rani tells DJ that her phone was silent and DJ tells her that he wants her to rest otherwise her family will get angry at him. Rani thanks Dj for giving the books and disconnects the call. Madhuri and Chitra tell Rani that she will take her somewhere tomorrow .
