The episode starts with Rani getting emotional and remembering her father that he has kept her safe because she has done lots of work in her sasural . Rani’s hands get burned and Naryani comes to irritate her. Narayani tells Rani that she is unable to do proper work.
Dj sets an adjustable bed in his room for Rani and he waits for Rani. Dj searches everywhere for Rani and he hears that Rani is vomiting. Dj comes to help Rani by holding her hair. Rani washes her face and DJ tries to console her. Dj asks Rani what happens to her and just Madhuri comes to call Rani for dinner. Dj tells Madhuri that Rani is not well and she is vomiting. Madhuri tells DJ that Rani is doing lots of work and the work has been assigned by Narayani. Rani comes to the room and sees her bed set by Dj. Dj tells Rani that from today onwards she will sleep on the bed and this touches Rani’s heart.
Alisha tries to bribe Pinky and try to get the information from her. Pinky tells Alisha that she should be supposed to be her instead of Rani and she tells the story of Rani burning Dj’s favourite suits. Pinky tells Alisha that Narayani will not allow Rani forever in the house.
Rani has dinner and she likes to eat pickles instead of food because she is craving to eat pickles. Rani starts studying and Alisha calls her. Rani wakes up Dj and tells him to pick up the call. The doctor informs Dj that Alisha is admitted in the hospital and he has to come here to see her. Dj goes to see Alisha and Rani reminds him to drop her to the exam centre tomorrow.
Dj comes for the check up Alisha and he tells her that she has a gas issue and soon she will be fine. Dj asks Alisha where Mr Bajaj is and Alisha tells him that Mr Bajaj is out of town. Alisha insists DJ to stay with her.
Naryani and Gayatri come to the kitchen to see if Rani is working or not. Gayatri tells Narayani that Rani is not well and lets her sleep.
Madhuri and Devu work in the kitchen. Naryani goes to wake up Rani and Gayatri tells Baa that Rani needs time to adjust. Baa tells Gayatri that to focus on her work
Naryani starts yelling at Rani and Rani apologises to her for waking up delay. Naryani learns from Rani that Dj has gone to the hospital to see Alisha. Naryani calls Alisha to ask about her and Alisha tells Naryani that Dj is with her and she gets a heart attack.
Rani gets ready and she asks Narayani what to do. Naryani tells Rani to make chutney with the help of sil batta. Devu tells Rani that they are getting training to learn something new. Rani tells Narayani that grinder machines are used to make chutney but Naryani wants her to use sil batta. Naryani forces Rani to make the chutney and Rani gets hurt.
Dj wakes up and checks Alisha’s oxy level. Dj finds that the oxy level is not and he leaves for his home. Alisha tells DJ that she doesn’t have a heart attack and she was just checking if he really cared for her or not. Alisha is happy that Dj stayed with him and DJ gets angry because Alisha lies to him.
Meanwhile Rani makes the chutney and she is worried about how she will study.
