The episode starts with Dwani gets ready to visit the medical camp and Rani feed her breakfast. The lady tells Rani that she prayed for Dwani and Rani tells Dwani that the are going to kids welfare ngo. Rani prays Kanhaji for the well being for Dwani.
Rani reaches the camp with Dwani and Rani sees the huge line for the camp. Rani meets Mr Kulkarni and they discuss the matter with him. Mr Kulkarni sends Dwani to play with other child and Rani goes to complete the formalities. Rani allows Dwani to play with other children and Dwani wants to play football with boys but the boys tells her to play with girl. Dwani gets angry and she kicks the ball on Anisha. Digvijay sees the girl and Anisha calls Dwani. Digvijay tells Anisha let the child go and Anisha goes to teach her a lesson. Dwani gives a cute reply to Anisha and this makes Digvijay’s heart melt. Anisha tells Dwani to call her mother and Dwani apologise Anisha. Digvijay console Dwani and hugs her. Digvijay feels that he is hugging Rani and the moments gets emotional. Digvijay feels that he has meet the child and Anisha things that she will get married to him immediately. Dwani starts rubbing her eyes and she tells Digvijay that her vision is not clear. Dwani tells Digvijay that she eaten the ladoo in the morning and Digvijay sends Anisha to talk to Mr Kulkarni. Digvijay starts the check up of Dwani and coincidencly Digvijay and Dwani has wore the black thread.
Rani learns that ngo is tie up Medicare Hospital. Dwani asks Digvijay if her eyes are damaged because of eating sweets and Digvijay tells Dwani that it’s because of her crying. Rani learns from the admission counter that the camp is funded by Digvijay Gandhi and if her child gets selected then the treatment will be done in Ahmedabad hospital. Rani rush to Dwani while Digvijay is busy in the phone. Digvijay sees that child has gone and Digvijay asks Anisha if she has seen that child. Digvijay tells Anisha that the child needs urgent surgery and they will have to talk her parents immediately. Digvijay sees that Dwani is leaving the camp with her mother and he tries to stop her. Rani brings Dwani back home and she closed the door. Rani sends Dwani inside the room and the lady asks Rani what happens. Rani tells the lady that the ngo is funded by Digvijay and if he gets to know that Dwani is her daughter then he can take away the child from her. Rani doesn’t want Digvijay to meet Dwani.
Digvijay tells Mr Kulkarni to find the child immediately because he wants the child gets treatment as fast as possible. Anisha suggests Digvijay to leave now.
The lady suggests Rani to talk to her father and she is scared if her father comes to know that Dwani is in trouble then he will be hurt. Rani is confused and she don’t know what to do.
Niranjan reads the letter of Rani and he gets emotional. Rani tells Niranjan that one day he will proud of her and she will fight alone. Niranjan starts crying after reading the letters of Rani and he waits to meet Rani. Niranjan files a complaint in the police against Digvijay and Pinky starts arguing with him. Niranjan tells the police that Gandhi’s family has done something with his daughter and she is missing for many days. Baa fumes in anger and starts arguing with Niranjan. Naryani tells Digvijay to show the report of Rani to Niranjan in which it’s clearly mentioned that they lost the child. Pinky starts taunting and show the report to him. Niranjan reads the report and Gayatri tries to justify. Gayatri asks Niranjan if he knows where Rani is and Devu tells Niranjan that Rani leave the house because of Anisha. Digvijay justifies Anisha in front of Niranjan and he learns that Anisha stays in the same house. Pinky reminds Niranjan that Anisha saves Digvijay and he daughter fails to prove a good daughter. Narayani tells Niranjan to go back because they will not accept Rani and because of Rani she lost her grand children. Niranjan gets a call and he thinks that it’s Rani but actually it’s Bhavesh who wants to order. Niranjan starts crying for his daughter and he searches for her everywhere. Niranjan wants to meet Rani before he dies.
Digvijay gets a call from Mr Kulkarni and he shares the address of Dwani. Digvijay tells Anisha that they will have to meet the child immediately otherwise the child will lose her eyes. Digvijay gets the location and rush to help Dwani.
Rani requests her boss for a loan but her loan need time to get approved. The bose suggests Rani to join the hospital because the hospital is running a free program for treatment. Rani requests her to change the hospital and the boss tells Rani that it’s the best hospital. Rani is unable to tell the truth to her boss and Digvijay is on the way.
Precap- The police comes to inquire about the girl and they stop Rani.
