The episode starts with Bapodara telling Prarthna that he is proud of her. Chirag says that he is also proud of her. Prarthna tells Chirag that they were able to catch Kadambari only because he managed to complete the sketch immediately.
Rashi apologises to Pushpa for her past behaviour. Pushpa forgives Rashi and tells her that neither Pushpa’s intentions nor Rashi’s intentions were wrong. Rashi tells Pushpa that she doesn’t want to leave the chawl or her. Pushpa tells Rashi that she can come there whenever she wants, and Rashi agrees before leaving. Rashi thinks that Rishabh is the one who blocked Pushpa on her phone.
Rashi returns to Rishabh’s house and finds it dark. She notices a board that says, “Rishabh is waiting for you upstairs, my queen.” Rashi goes upstairs.
Prarthna takes Pushpa aside and tells her that this confirms Viren did not kill Kadambari. Prarthna comments that Pushpa should not have taken Viren’s case or gotten him bail. Prarthna asks Pushpa whether she thinks Viren will tell them about Titli’s parents. Pushpa says she is hopeful. Pushpa notices the bond between Ansh and Titli, who consider each other brother and sister. Pushpa wonders how they will send Titli away when she is so attached to them.
Rashi comes to the terrace, where Rishabh surprises her. Rashi feels happy. Rishabh asks Rashi where she went. Rashi says she received a call from Swara saying that Kadambari had kidnapped Titli, so she went there. She adds that Titli has now been found and everything is settled. Rishabh says he is glad that Rashi sorted out the differences with her mother. Rashi smiles.
Rishabh lifts Rashi onto the terrace railing. Rashi refuses and tells him that she is afraid of heights. Rishabh asks her not to worry and assures her that he won’t let her fall. Rishabh recalls seeing Rashi with Gaurav and thinks about pushing her off the building. He then gifts her a payal, brings her down, and shows her the dishes he prepared. Rashi thanks him for doing so much. Rishabh suspects that Rashi is cheating on him with Gaurav, unaware that Rashi is pregnant and that Gaurav is her doctor. They have kept the news a secret to surprise Rishabh.
Pushpa and the family believe that all their problems are solved. Gaurav sees CCTV footage showing Rishabh breaking his car. He calls Rashi to alert her, but she doesn’t answer. Rashi thinks that her mother will be happy seeing the surprise Rishabh planned for her and records a video. Gaurav feels that Rishabh’s behaviour is abnormal and decides to meet Pushpa to inform her.
Rishabh secretly mixes slow poison into the food without Rashi’s knowledge. He asks Rashi to tell him something she has been hiding. Rashi remains silent. Rishabh again asks if she has truly hidden something from him, and Rashi says no. Gaurav meets Pushpa and alerts her about Rishabh’s strange behaviour seen in the CCTV footage. He asks Pushpa to call Rashi. Pushpa watches the video Rashi sent her, and everyone discusses how abnormal Rishabh’s behaviour seems. Rashi eats the food and decides to tell Rishabh about her pregnancy. She tells him that she has good news to share.

Precap: Rishabh asks Rashi to die for cheating on him and reveals that he added poison to the food. Rashi struggles to breathe. Pushpa calls Madhumati and asks about Rashi. Madhumati says they are not at home and asks Pushpa to go and check. Pushpa and Dilip rush to Rashi’s in-laws’ house.
