The episode starts with Juggal and Pushpa’s family members wondering where Pushpa is. Pushpa returns home. Ashwin and Chirag ask Pushpa where she had gone. Pushpa says she went to Kadambari’s office to look for the papers. She shares that she has found out where Kadambari is keeping the papers. Pushpa later tells her family that they will directly go to Kadambari’s house and ask her for the papers. Pushpa says if Kadambari gives them willingly, it’s good; otherwise, they will steal the papers from Kadambari’s locker. Pushpa’s family advises her against it, but Pushpa insists she will not allow Juggal to sacrifice his life, nor will she allow the Chawl to be demolished, and comments on it.
Shambu asks Arjun where the papers are. Arjun refuses to tell him. Just then, Shambu gets a call from Kadambari. Kadambari tells Shambu that she has his manufacturing unit papers. She says they will discuss the matter face-to-face and asks Shambu to complete the formalities with the Chawl people. Shambu agrees. He blames Arjun for giving the papers to Kadambari and asks his men to keep an eye on Arjun. Shambu later discusses with his lawyer what Kadambari could do with the file. The lawyer advises Shambu to first complete the formalities with the Chawl people, and Shambu agrees.
Pushpa shares Kadambari’s condition with Radha and says she is worried Juggal might actually marry Kadambari to save the Chawl, something she cannot allow, and comments on it.
Shambu meets the Chawl people and informs them about the flats they have been allotted. He says the compensation of ₹25 lakhs will be transferred to their accounts 10 minutes before the Chawl’s demolition. Shambu requests the Chawl people to vacate the area as soon as possible. After that, he leaves.
Meanwhile, Rashi worries about how Dilip will manage alone in the village. Dilip reassures her, saying he will visit them from time to time and comments on it.
Shambu meets Kadambari. Kadambari confronts Shambu, saying he had told her he was going to construct a packaging unit on her site, which is why she gave him the lease for 99 years. Now, she has learned that he is constructing a manufacturing unit. Kadambari says that if something goes wrong, her land will also fall into trouble along with him. Shambu asks Kadambari what she wants in return for the manufacturing papers. Kadambari says she doesn’t want anything except for Shambu to remember her favor and to help her when she needs him. She hands over the manufacturing unit papers to Shambu. Shambu thanks her and promises to remember her favor for life, and comments on it. After Shambu leaves, Kadambari is shown having video recorded their entire conversation.
Pushpa, Juggal, and others arrive at Kadambari’s office and see Shambu leaving.
Pushpa and her group meet Kadambari and ask for the papers that Arjun had forgotten. Kadambari claims that she would have given them if she had them, and comments on it.
