The episode begins with Pankaj sharing a video of Rashi scolding Arjun with Arjun’s father. After watching it, Arjun’s father wonders who this ill-mannered woman is.
Meanwhile, Prarthna and Chirag discuss the lease issue. Pushpa notices their concern and asks what happened. They inform her about the lease notice, leaving her shocked.
Later, Ashwin calls Rashi and tells her that they are coming with Dilip. Rashi gets excited. Meanwhile, Arjun watches the final cut of the advertisement and thinks that Rashi has something special.
At the chawl, Hasmukh informs the residents that Bapodhara did not renew the lease and tries to turn everyone against him. He warns them that they will have to leave the chawl. Just then, Bapodhara arrives with others. Pushpa asks Bapodhara if they really need to vacate, but he leaves without answering.
Determined to get answers, Pushpa and Jugal meet Bapodhara, who reveals that the landowner refused to renew the lease and has instead given the land to a developer. He admits that they will lose their homes but assures them that he will do everything possible to save the chawl. Pushpa then learns that the land belongs to Kadambari.
Meanwhile, Chirag takes Pushpa aside, informing her that Ashwin and Dilip have returned. Rashi notices Dilip’s weak appearance and asks him why he looks so frail. Ashwin quickly covers up, saying that his work in Bangalore has been tough. Later, Deepti pulls Pushpa aside and shares good news—according to the doctor, Dilip’s chemotherapy results are positive, and his chances of recovery are high.
Rashi excitedly suggests that the family go trekking together. She also tells Dilip about the advertisement she did with Pushpa. Both Ashwin and Dilip praise her, saying it’s bound to be a hit.
In a community meeting, Bapodhara informs the chawl residents that Kadambari has given the land to a developer, and they must fight to save their homes. Ashawari and others support him, saying they don’t want the chawl to be demolished.
The next day, Rashi insists that Dilip join her for a jogging session before their trekking trip. While jogging, Dilip suddenly feels dizzy and is about to collapse, but Arjun catches him just in time. Rashi, surprised, asks Arjun why he is there. Arjun brushes it off, saying they can talk later. Concerned, he suggests taking Dilip to the hospital, but Dilip insists he is fine. Arjun offers to drop them home and makes them sit in his car.
Back at home, Ashwin scolds the family for letting Dilip go jogging with Rashi. Frustrated, he declares that it’s time to tell Rashi the truth about Dilip’s cancer relapse.
