Episode begins with Kadambari asks Radha that why the latter made mistake when everything was going fine. She says that she has to fire Radha. Radha tells her that she came to clean the cabin because Damini told her to do peon’s job. In the school, Mohan asks Rosy that what exactly happened. Rosy tells him that Gungun gave speech on father topic in the second round of the competition. And now those students want to become like Mohan. Mohan praises Gungun. He tells Rosy that everyone gets influenced because his personality is like that. He says that he is like hero. Tulsi asks him to stop it. Rosy tells Gungun to read her speech.
Kadambari asks Damini that if the latter told Radha to do peon’s work. Radha tells her that she prepared tea for employees. Kadambari scolds Damini. She tells Radha that the latter need not to do all this.
Gungun says that Mohan is world’s cool father. And she want a easy life like Mohan. She says that Mohan don’t go for work and stays in the house always. Still he gets to wear his favorite clothes. She claims that Kadambari and Radha does all the work and Mohan sleeps three times a day. She says that everyone serves Mohan. And Mohan postpones his duties always that’s why she want to become like him. Mohan gets embarrassed hearing Gungun. Those students says that they also want to become like Mohan. Rosy tells Mohan that she was talking about this negative influence only.
Kadambari asks Damini that what is all this. Damini tells her that Radha love to do household chores. Kadambari says that she did wrong by accepting Damini’s condition. She reminds her that Radha is owner of this office. And Radha is above them because this office belongs to Mohan’s mother. She says that she can see Damini tried to throw Radha out of the office but Radha gave befitting reply to Damini.
Rosy tells Mohan that she has to suspend Gungun. Mohan pleads her to not do that. She nods at him. She sends those students to their class. She asks Mohan that if he is useless. He lies to her that he is not like that. He says that Gungun is lying to trouble him. He flirts with Rosy. He takes selfie with her. Gungun thinks that she finished Radha’s work. She takes Mohan from there.
Later, Mohan and Gungun enters the house. Gungun hugs Radha. Kadambari asks Mohan that if he went to pick up Gungun from school. Gungun tells her that Rosy called Mohan. Mohan tells everything to Kadambari. He asks that from where Gungun learnt all this. Radha tells him that his actions are responsible for this. She says that Gungun did nothing wrong. She asks him to prove Gungun is wrong. And for that he has to go to office.
