Pyo Ye Jin and Lee Jun Young maybe pairing up together for a new drama!
Previously on September 4, Sports Chosun reported that actress Pyo Ye Jin will be starring as the female lead in the upcoming rom-com drama “I Openly Dream of Becoming Cinderella” (working title).On September 7, SPOTV further reported that actor Lee Jun Young is in talks to star as the male lead in the drama.
In response to the reports, both Pyo Ye Jin’s agency SECRET ENT and Lee Jun Young’s agency Jflex Entertainment stated that the actors have received the offer to star as leads in the new drama “I Openly Dream of Becoming Cinderella” and are positively reviewing their offers.
“I Openly Dream of Becoming Cinderella” is a romantic comedy about a woman who dreams of becoming Cinderella due to her difficult reality and a knight in shining armor who doesn’t believe in love as they draw a turbulent romance. Writer Baek Mi Kyung of “The Lady in Dignity,” “Strong Woman Do Bong Soon,” and “Mine” fame will be taking part in the upcoming drama as a creator.
Actress Pyo Ye Jin who has impressed the viwers through various roles in hit drama “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim”, “Fight For My Way” , “VIP”, “Our Blooming Youth”, “Taxi Driver” and more is reportedly offered to play the role of Shin Jae Rim, a manager of a club.
Actor Lee Jun Young, who gave stellar performance in dramas “Class of Lies,” “Imitation,” “D.P.,” and more, is reportedly in talks to play Moon Cha Min, an arrogant “prince” of a chaebol family.
