Chahat stops Meera from slapping Neel and tells her that he did not betray her as they have a fake marriage relationship. She tells her that she is a Muslim and Neel brought her here as a prisoner as he thought her dad killed Saraswati but the family thought that she is his Delhi girlfriend so he lied to them. Meera asks Chahat if her dad is blamed for the murder then why do the family members behave so nicely with her so Neel tells that they don’t know the truth. Neel tells her that they recently found out the Dr Baig is innocent so they are faking to be husband wife so that they can prove Baig’s innocence. Chahat assures Meera that their relationship is a lie and there is no love, they both look at each other in pain.
Meera feels relieved at hearing all this and tells Neel that he scared her for a moment. She hugs him and asks Neel to relax and hug her easily as he has no feelings for Chahat. Later Vyas ji asks Chahat why her friend did that drama so she tells that she did it by mistake and apologizes for that. Then Vyas ji shows her their family necklace and says that there is a tradition of passing this to the next daughter in law of their family so now this belongs to her. Meera comes at that time and feels a bit hurt, Vyas ji says that he had kept this necklace for Neel’s wife and she deserves it as she has been taking responsibility of the house.
Vyas ji asks Neel to put this necklace in Chahat’s neck, he hesitates but goes to her. Vyas ji asks him to do this and fulfil the tradition, he puts the necklace and they come close while Meera feels uncomfortable seeing them like this. Chahat gets upset thinking that Neel has already given his commitment to Meera and they can’t stay together while Neel is upset that Chahat easily said that their relationship is not real. Meera tries to click a picture with them but Vyas ji stops her saying that this is not to be boasted about. He asks Chahat to keep it safe so that she can hand it over to next generation.
Chahat goes to her room and others also go, Meera feels jealous that she should be the real wife of Neel but Vyas ji just talks about Chahat and even Neel just sticks with her all the time. Neel finds Chahat eating spices in balcony and asks why is she eating them. She tells that she is still lying to Vyas ji which is hurting her but Neel says he is responsible for that she she doesn’t need to think about it. He asks if something else is bothering her but she denies. So he asks why she came back if she doesn’t feel anything for him.
Chahat says that she came back because she knew he would tell all the truth and didn’t want him to face the consequences alone, instead she is supposed to tell all the truth to Vyas ji. She goes away but Neel catches her lie and knows she has come back for him. Chahat is crying in her room when Meera comes and asks to see the necklace. She plays around with it but she says that at the end this is going to be hers and she can take care of her belongings. Then she asks Chahat who was she talking about in the car and asks if he is Neel. Chahat denies and says she doesn’t love him, Meera tries to wipe off her sindoor but she stops her.
Vyas ji calls Chahat and asks her to arrange for a singer for tonight’s bhajan which puts her in trouble as she knows no such person. Meera thinks of taking advantage of this situation, Chahat goes to check for the singer who Meera told her about. A lady comes with her people and starts dancing , Chahat asks who she is so she tells that she has been called here. Chahat realises that wrong lady has come and asks her to go but she asks for a lot of money while Vyas ji goes out to check. The lady recognizes Chahat as Dr Baig’s daughter, she asks for the necklace to keep it a secret but Chahat denies. The episode ends.
