The episode starts with Dua showing the blankets with same labels to everyone. Chahat is shocked while mami ji checks the blankets and shows them to Agam in panic. Dua says that their birthday is on the same day because they are twins. Shlok and Dua become happy and hug each other while Chahat starts crying as she cannot believe all this. She confronts Neel and asks him to tell the truth about all this. Chahat tells that she got twin kids but her son was born dead, Neel shouts at her and asks her to not cover up her sin by lying.
Neel tells Chahat that Shlok is her son and tells everyone that Sahil had given him to some anonymous guy. He says that he took Shlok home while Chahat realises that Sahil lied to him. She confronts him but he says that Neel is lying and that he is plotting against her. Neel says that he would never do such cheap thing in the name of revenge. They both start fighting while Shlok requests Chahat to accept him as his son. She gets emotional and says that she always thoought that she lost her son but today she found him back.
Chahat hugs Shlok saying that he is her son and now she understands the affection she had for him. She embraces him and says she loves him while Aalekh confronts Neel for not telling anyone that Shlok is Chahat’s son and he even got to be mahant for some days. He says that Shlok has made their house impure and he will not let him stay here. Aalekh heads towards Shlok but Chahat pushes and slaps him. She warns him against trying to hurt her children and says that these kids have blood of their family as well. She tells that Shlok and Dua are Neel and her chidren.
Neel gets shocked while Dua asks Chahat whether Sahil is not her dad. Chahat says that she lied to him as she and Neel were not together but Neel is her real father. Shlok emotionally says that he feels like God has given him gift on his birthday. Neel holds Chahat and confronts her for not bothering to tell him that these are his children. Neel asks her to come with him but Aalekh says that Chahat won’t step inside. Chahat warns him agaain against stopping her way or harming anyone else.
Ghazala asks Sahil whether their plan worked, he tells that their plan backfired and now eveyone knows that Shlok and Dua are Neel and Chahat’s children. Aalekh goes to them angrily and confronts him for not telling him the truth. Ghazala says that they will think of some plan to spoil the situation and also teases Aalekh about being slapped by Chahat. Neel takes Chahat to room and asks her to answer his questions while Dua and Shlok wait outside.
Neel asks Chahat why did she hide all this from him while she also asks him the same. She tells that she was living with the burden that her son is dead but even after she came back he did not bother to tell her. Chahat says that he had some reason for not telling him but even he could not recognize Dua. Neel angrily says that he won’t talk to her, but he finds the door locked and Dua says that the door won’t open until they resolve their fight.
