Meera adores Neel’s photo when Neel lashes in the room with Chahat and confronts her about her intentions. He confronts her about giving Chahat the wrong number and tells that she had fallen into big trouble. He shouts at her which upsets her and she says that she can’t share him with anyone else and that he has changed so much.
She starts crying and hugs Neel, he feels bad and apologizes for shouting at her. Meera accepts his apology while Chahat stands there broken, remembering her moments with Neel. She runs out of the room, Neel sees her but is unable to stop her. Later, Meera talks to the dancer lady and says that she was supposed to keep Chahat there the whole night and she couldn’t even do that.
That lady tells Meera that she couldn’t keep Chahat as her husband came storming in and thrashed her men so badly. She says that he is mad in love with Chahat and won’t let any harm come to her but Meera can’t tolerate this so she shuts her up and asks her to leave. The lady checks the envelope before leaving and finds plane paper instead of money in it which makes her angry. Meera is shocked to see plane paper when Chahat comes there with the money. Chahat gives money to the lady and asks her to leave else she will be in trouble if Neel finds out.
Chahat is furious and slaps Meera, she confronts her for her cheap plan and says she should be ashamed of insulting her like this. She asks her why did she do this to her, Meera says she did that because she snatched Neel from her. Meera asks Chahat that if he had brought her as a prisoner then how did their love story start out of the enemity. She says that she can see their love and that she should have been the one to get all this love and respect.
Chahat tells that she can understand her feelings but once she proves her dad innocent, then Neel is hers. But Meera says that she can’t wait till then and wants to shift to Canada with Neel as soon as possible.
Chahat is shocked and asks if Neel goes away then who will take care if Vyas ji so Meera says that he did not become a good father and now he deserves to stay alone. Chahat gets angry and says that she doesn’t deserve to be Neel’s wife, so Meera says that she is a Muslim and she can’t stay in a Brahman family either.
Chahat says that Meera doesn’t have the quality to keep the family together but Meera says that she will prove it that she is the best daughter in law for this family. Vyas ji comes at that moment and asks what happened. Chahat asks him why is he awake so he tells that he has to take care of the akhand joth tonight so she says that he should go and sleep and she will take care of it.
Later, Chahat takes Meera to temple and says that if she wants to prove herself then she has to take care of this diya as it is very valuable for this family. Meera accepts the task but asks her to leave this house if she wants Neel to be happy.
She plays with Chahat’s mind which convinces her to leave the house for Neel, she packs her bag and leaves wearing her Muslim attire as Meera pointed out. Chahat visits everyone’s room before leaving and goes while Meera is happy to see her leave. Chahat realises that she didn’t take Neel’s photo so she decides to go back and take one photo.
Chahat goes back home and finds that Meera has left the diya. She sees the the Diya has fallen down and the mattress has caught fire so she quickly goes and puts off the fire with bare hands. Neel comes at that moment and sees her so rushes to help her and they somehow prevent the Diya from blowing off.
After that Neel notices her clothes and asks why is she wearing this, but she avoids his question by closing the window. Neel sees Chahat’s burned hands and goes to bring medicine while she stays there. He applies medicine to her hand and asks her to stay with him whole night taking care of the Diya. She tries to resist but he shuts her and covers her with a shawl. Neel prays to God for giving him courage to figt for his love. The episode ends.
