The episode starts with Dhruv being attacked by someone he believes to be Om, right in the middle of the street. He immediately notices the assailant’s earring, recognizing it as Om’s — yet this turns out to be a carefully orchestrated setup by Gayatri, who has planted an imposter disguised as Om.
Meanwhile, Isha doesn’t secure the job she interviewed for, and Dhruv, angry and spiteful, spreads word to companies in town, ensuring none of them will hire her. His actions are clearly aimed at ruining both Isha’s and Om’s lives. Isha shows up unexpectedly just as Dhruv is confronting her, claiming Om attacked him. Shocked, Isha initially refuses to believe her husband could do such a thing. To drive the point home, Dhruv plays CCTV footage for her, showing the attacker resembling Om, confirming his allegation and wounding Isha emotionally.
Determined to protect her husband’s reputation, Isha takes Dhruv home, hoping to dispel rumors and clear matters with their family. When relatives question Dhruv about a facial injury, he deflects and does not mention Om’s name. Suddenly, Om himself arrives. Though he’s taken aback at seeing Dhruv in his home, he restrains his visible anger out of respect for Dhruv’s father, though it’s clear he’s irritated by the encounter.
At the dinner table, tensions simmer. Om and Isha exchange pointed barbs, pointedly highlighting each other’s flaws in a veiled manner. Dhruv watches this unfold, remarking that true punishment need not be violent — that emotional discord can be just as effective.
Hoping to end the discord, Isha signals to Dhruv that he should let the issue rest. With dignity intact, Dhruv departs. Left alone, Isha and Om’s simmering confrontation finally breaks free. Isha, still angry and bewildered, lashes out: how could Om harm Dhruv? Om, clearly confused, denies ever attacking Dhruv and asks Isha to show him the CCTV footage. As he watches it, he gently places a hand on her head, affirming he never thought to hurt Dhruv—and it wasn’t him in the video. Om explains a lookalike was behind the attack, someone planted by Gayatri to implicate him.
Isha, still shaken, desperately pleads with Om to help unravel the misunderstanding between him and Dhruv. Om reassures her that he will clarify everything and promises to get to the bottom of this conspiracy. With the truth now out in the open, they both begin to piece together how they’ve been manipulated — but they also realize the road ahead will require careful communication and trust to restore the faith between them and clear Om’s name.
