Episode starts with, Mala meeting Om outside the hotel and asking what’s wrong and why he is here. Om says everything is okay and asks about Isha. Mala says everything is fine and that Isha has left and that she got promoted today. Om goes back home and sees Isha being congratulated by his family. Jagdish tells Isha that she deserved this promotion. Gayatri arrives home so he asks her to join. Gayatri says she is tired and goes to her room being angry. Garima asks Gayatri how this happened. Gayatri asks her to stay shut or else she’ll forget that she is her sister. Om congratulates Isha and says he is happy for her from his heart. He tries to talk to Isha and apologise but she doesn’t listen to him.
Later in the evening , Om gives a surprise celebration to Isha at her mother’s place. Isha cuts the cake and then leaves alone . Om the way Om does silly things and tries to appease her but she gets even more angry. She asks Om to stop all these and says it would be better if they maintain their boundaries and leave. Om says no matter what Isha says he won’t lose hope and she will take back her friendship no matter what. He agrees that he has hurt her so he has to apologize from his heart. When Isha goes back home Om comes behind her and apologises to her saying he is really sorry for whatever happened and says he was really mistaken and thought she is the one who complained to his father about the Dilip uncle issue that ruined him. But he later got to know that she actually did nothing. Isha doesn’t say a word and just goes off to sleep. Next morning she wakes up and sees that Om isn’t in his room. She looks downstairs and finds Om studying.
MD Sir tells Gayatri they have to make a tender for a very important client and entrusts the responsibility on her. Gayatri suggests Isha’s name for the presentation thinking of another trap. Om studies all day and at one point takes a break of half an hour and goes to Angad’s place to take suggestions regarding how to apologise to Isha. Angad says that’s enough and he doesn’t need to apologise to bhabi anymore. He says women are too much and they think they are the queens. Murari says he will beat Angad badly and asks why he is trying to ruin Om’s relationship with Isha. Murari and Angad have an argument among themselves regarding this so Om asks them to shut up. He says he is going to apologise to Isha under any circumstance so they must think of an idea. He says he is getting late since his break is over and can’t let Isha down any further. He says he has to crack the exam for sure this time and leaves. Murari says to Angad this time they can’t let Om fail the exam and has some jugad. Episode ends.
