Episode starts with Jagdish scolding Om. He says that since the beginning he thought that one day he will stop arguing with Gayatri but he never seems to change. He thought maybe Gayatri’s strong personality is something he can’t handle but eventually he would learn. But the fact seems different. He keeps on creating chaos every day and night and makes all of their lives hell. He doesn’t even spare his wife from this behaviour. He gives Om a last warning and says there’s still time. He must study well and get a job and then become a good son and if possible a good husband. He tries to say something but Jagdish doesn’t let him speak. Gayatri thinks that today he stole one more support of Om since neither his parents nor his big brother or Isha will be there for him from now on. She tells Isha that they need to meet MD Sir at 8 o’clock and talk to MD Sir. She can’t guarantee her job but she will try for sure. Jagdish says sorry to Isha and leaves.
After Jagdish and Om leaves, Isha breaks apart and bursts into tears. Gayatri secretly takes a photo of Isha crying. Next morning, Isha looks at her father’s hand print and talks to him. Om sees her and apologises to her saying he didn’t mean to do anything that would harm her job but did it by mistake. He tries to talk to Isha but Isha doesn’t say a word and just leaves the house. Her mother in law asks Isha to have her breakfast first and then leave for office but Isha says she will have something later. Her mother in law tells Om’s sister no one knows what happened to Isha’s happiness. Om’s sister says she must not pretend to not know anything. It is very clear that Gayatri lit the fire. She is the one who added spice to the issue of Dilip uncle and complained to Acharya and then the rest is history.
Om overhears this conversation from upstairs . He asks Chutki if she was telling the truth. She says why would she lie and everyone knows what Gayatri keeps on doing all the time. Om recalls all the past moments when he said things to Isha and didn’t try to listen to her. He realises what he did and how badly he hurt a true friend. He feels very guilty and leaves for Lotus Palace Hotel to talk to MD Sir so that she doesn’t lose her job. He is not allowed to get inside the hotel. Gayatri apologises to MD Sir for what happened last night and gives her termination letter to him. He tells Isha that this was not expected from her at all. Then instead of giving her the termination letter he gives her the promotion letter saying the way she took immediate action and saved the person’s life last night added four stars to their hotel reputation so she deserves a promotion. Isha thanks Sir for everything. Gayatri gets pissed off seeing this promotion but she fakes happiness.Gayatri goes to the office and types the termination letter of Isha in great joy. Episode ends.
