Episode starts with Om roaming around drunk in a poor condition while his friends try to stop him and ask him to control and behave. Om says that he will not stop until he proves himself not guilty. Next morning, Garima is seen buying veggies at the market when Om and his friends come near him in a crooked look . Om doesn’t say anything and just breaks a bear bottle on his own leg, scaring Garima. Garima runs for her life being scared. Om and his friends find her and encircle her riding their bike. Garima thinks of faking a faint but Om realises her trick and tells his friends that they must ride their bike over her now. Garima gets up and asks Om to spare him. Om says that she and her sister spoiled everything that he was trying to fix so he won’t stop her. Garima asks Om to stop and says she will spit the truth.
Garima spits the truth and says that Gayatri didn’t tell the entire truth to Isha . She says how Gayatri used a trick and spoiled everything between Om and others. Isha hears the entire thing from Garima’s mouth and realises the truth. Om says that this time he wasn’t wrong. Isha says that she really did a big mistake this time by not trusting him. Om bends down on his knees and asks Isha if she would go back to Ram Bhavan with him. Isha agrees to Om and goes back. Jagdish is asked by his mother about Isha and Om but he lies and says they are busy for Om’s exam. Seeing Isha and Om , Jagdish wonders what’s wrong. They tell him something. Later in their room, Isha and Om talk to each other freely after a long time. Om requests Isha to give him a chance to explain himself the next time. He tells Isha that no matter what he does he will never do anything that won’t let him face himself in the mirror. They become friends again.
Later at night, Jagdish confronts Gayatri. He asks Gayatri what she is trying to portray and just due to a mistaken conception of her she ruins everything. Jagdish says that for the very first time his brother is trying hard to walk on the right track so she must not distract him and let him study. Gayatri says she doesn’t have enough free time to interfere in his family matters so whatever he has to say he can go and tell his brother and not her. Isha tells Gayatri that whatever she did was not good at all. Gayatri says whatever she thinks of her doesn’t matter at all since she only knows Om for a few days but she knows him for years and asks why didn’t Om tear off the question paper then and there when he didn’t want to cheat which means he might use it later.
