Episode begins with Suhani says that she didn’t give poison to Surya. Dadi slaps her. Gehna tries to go near Surya but Sikandar stops her saying that he knows that she is behind all this. She asks Dada to call an ambulance. Sikandar asks her to stop her acting and she will return to jail now. Security guards holds her.
Sikandar calls Police inspector and informs him about Gehna. Gehna takes the fork from the table and says that she will surrender herself after admitting Surya in the hospital and she can’t leave Surya with them. Suhani hits Gehna’s head with show piece and the latter loses her consciousness. Sikandar thinks that even Gehna can’t save Surya this time. Smoke comes there and Gehna goes missing.
In the hospital, Suhani asks Sikandar that what’s happening here and who used smoke bomb. And what if Surya got saved. Doctor tells them that Surya is in critical condition and goes inside. Dada tells Police inspector that Suhani and Sikandar tried to kill Surya. He asks him to arrest them. Sikandar tells Police inspector that he will explain everything.
He asks Sarika and Arjun to take Dada and Dadi home. He tells police inspector that Gehna tried to kill Surya. Police inspector asks him about proof. Sikandar tells him that it’s the latter’s job to find proof and only Gehna has reason to kill Surya. Suhani asks Police inspector to find Gehna. Sikandar says that Gehna deserves to be punished.
Desais watches news and learns that Gehna tried to kill Surya. Jamuna refuses to believe the news and worries about Gehna. Kanak says that Praful can’t handle this news. Paresh swtich off the TV seeing Praful coming there. Police inspector shows search warrant and orders his team to search Gehna. Praful asks him that why Gehna will be there. Police inspector tells him that Gehna escaped from jail and even tried to kill Surya.
Gehna regains her consciousness and finds herself in Abhay’s car. She asks him to stop the car. He tells her that he saved her and recalls that how he put smoke bomb to took Gehna from there. She tells him that she want to go to Surya. He reminds her about their deal and asks her to not take Surya’s name. Cop stops Abhay’s car to check. Abhay shows his card to him saying that he need to leave to save someone’s life. Cop asks him to leave. After some time, Gehna attacks Abhay and escapes from him. Abhay chases her and catches her. She prays to God for help. Snake bites Abhay and Gehna thanks God and runs from there.
Suhani tells Sikandar that Gehna ruined everything and Surya will question them. She says that they underestimated Gehna. He tells her that Gehna will die too. She leaves for home. Gehna reaches the hospital and sees Sikandar talking to the police.
