Episode begins with Nityam comes downstairs and he notices the birthday decorations. He recalls that how he used to celebrate his birthday with Raksham. Everyone comes there and wishes happy birthday to Nityam. Nityam gets surprised seeing Joshi kaka there and he takes his blessings. He notices the people who were his neighbors. He calls Kiran and asks him that who planned all this. Kiran tells him that he don’t know.
Nityam tells him that he don’t like surprises and birthday party. He asks that who planned all this. Vedika comes there and says that she planned all this. She tells him that she know, he don’t like birthday party but he used to enjoy them in the past that’s why she planned his birthday party. Saavi wonders that why Vedika is saying she planned all this when she don’t know anything about this plan.
Nityam tells Vedika that she should not have done this. He asks Mohan to remove the decorations. Mohan tells him that Vedika put so much hardwork and even guests has been arrived so it won’t be good to cancel the party. He asks him to try it like how the latter played cricket that day. Nityam nods at him. Saavi thinks that Vedika helped them indirectly and saved them too.
On the other hand, Dimpy thinks that Saavi and Raksham’s game is over. And Nityam won’t spare them after getting to know that they betrayed him again.
Vedika asks Nityam to enjoy the birthday party. Nityam celebrates his birthday with Mohan like how he used to celebrate it with Raksham. Mohan gets emotional and goes to garden. Vedika follows him. She tells him that he prepared everything well and she calls him as Raksham. He gets shocked hearing her. She cries and hugs him. He takes her blessings.
Meanwhile, Rishikesh tells Goyal family to leave the house for going against him. He starts throwing things out of the house. Ananya asks Ratna to stop Rishikesh. Ratna tells her that he is telling for their well-being only and Saavi has to listen Rishikesh. Ananya asks Rishikesh to stop it.
Vedika tells Mohan what she felt his presence since beginning and today she recognized him. She asks him that why he did not tell her. Mohan apologizes to her. She asks him to not blame himself. She tells him that she want to live this moment. She asks him that if he did not remember her. He tells her that he never forgot his family. She removes his fake moustache. They talks about their past. She scolds him for leaving her. He promises to not trouble her again. Dimpy reaches Dalmia house and she thinks that Nityam won’t forget this birthday gift.
