Episode begins with Saavi takes Nutan’s blessings. Nutan compliments her. Saavi tells her that her Mama and Mami brought this dress for her. Nutan says that she is going to pray to God to send good guy for Saavi too. She asks her about Sonam. Saavi tells her that Sonam sleeping still. They goes to temple. Priest keeps Saavi’s handmade laddu near Lord Shiva’s idol. Saavi’s family leaves from there. Vedika comes to that temple. She tells God that today is her future daughter in law’s birthday so she want to gift her chain. Priest keeps the chain near Lord Shiva’s idol. He gives Saavi’s handmade laddu to Vedika as prasad. Vedika feeds that laddu to Nityam. They reaches the house. He asks her that if she is angry at him still. She ignores him. He tells her that he will wish Sonam on a phone call. She gets happy hearing him.
Vedika calls Sonam and wishes happy birthday to her. She says that she saw her birthday date in the horoscope. Sonam realises that she forgot to change the date of birth in the horoscope. Vedika tells her that she planned birthday party for her. She asks her to come evening. She informs her that Nityam sent cake and flowers for her. She gives the phone to Nityam. Nityam wishes happy birthday to Sonam. He invites her to the party and disconnects the call. Sonam hears door bell sound and she goes downstairs.
Brijesh asks Sonam that why Vedika’s family sent cake and flowers. He asks her that how they knows Saavi’s birthday. Sonam tells her that she informed Nityam. Ratna tells Brijesh that they can attend party of rich people. Nutan says that Vedika invited them to the party. Sonam thinks that if her family reached the party then her secret will be out. Ananya says that if Vedika’s family can do this much for Saavi then they can do so much for Sonam. Nutan says that Vedika’s family members are good people. Saavi tells her that she will thank them at the party.
Sonam calls Nityam and tells him that she want to meet him. Nityam tells her that he is at office. She tells him that she will meet him at office. He tells her that he will send car to her house. Ratna calls Sonam. Everyone gathers in the hall. Saavi cut the cake. She feed cake to everyone. Ananya takes selfies. Sonam gets ready and leaves the house. Saavi tells her that she can drop her at her destination. Sonam tells her that her fate changed. She gets in Nityam’s car.
Dimpy informs office staff that Nityam is going to get married. She tells them about Sonam and Saavi. Sonam comes there. Nityam also comes there. Staffs are about to leave. But Nityam stops them. He introduces Sonam as his future wife to them. He says that Dimpy talked about Sonam’s past. He announces that Sonam going to be CEO of this company. Dimpy gets shocked hearing him. Nityam takes Sonam to her cabin. Dimpy recalls that how she worked under Nityam. She tells Himesh that she hate Nityam. She recalls that how Nityam fired her because of her mistake. She says that CEO position was her dream. She adds that she won’t let Nityam stay happy.
Meanwhile, Sonam asks Nityam to cancel her birthday party, because she don’t want him to waste his time. Nityam tells her that he don’t believe in horoscope but something must be there.

Precap – Saavi’s family reaches Dalmia house. Vedika gives the chain to Nityam. Nityam makes Saavi wear the chain assuming her as Sonam. Saavi turns around. He asks her that what is she doing there. Everyone comes there.
