My client adhered to all relevant regulations and safety standards, and any deviation from these standards is not attributable to him. The evidence in the charge sheet does not directly link my client’s actions to the collapse. My client exercised due diligence and took reasonable steps to prevent such incidents. This entire fabricated case built up against him is the result of political vendetta.
