Sana Raees Khan speaks about her defense in the Ghatkopar Hoarding case. She is a renowned lawyer famous for handling high-profile cases. Sana rose to fame after her stint in the Bigg Boss 17 show. She talks about her recent case:
- When you take up cases, what is it that helps you decide it?
The broader impact of the case on the client, community, or legal precedent. The credibility and reliability of the client, and whether the case has a strong legal basis based on the evidence and legal principles.
- Whose side are you on, and what is your entire take on this matter?
I am defending the main accused, Bhavesh Bhinde, in the Ghatkopar Hoarding Collapse case. My client is not responsible for the collapse, and the unfortunate incident is purely an act of God.
My client adhered to all relevant regulations and safety standards, and any deviation from these standards is not attributable to him. The evidence in the charge sheet does not directly link my client’s actions to the collapse. My client exercised due diligence and took reasonable steps to prevent such incidents. This entire fabricated case built up against him is the result of political vendetta.
