The episode starts with Jessica fainting and everyone rushing towards her. Later everyone sighs in relief that she just fell while dancing in her place. She asks them not to get worried. Juhi later gets a call saying that the doctors in Houston agreed to treat Jessica and everyone gets happy. Jessica gets emotional and says that if so then there is still hope for her to complete her studies and go to a job and even go to honeymoon. She asks Jignesh to once again rethink his decision of marrying her as now it may turn into a long term commitment. However, Nurse Philo worries about the money needed for the operation. Juhi says that she shouldn’t worry as everyone from sanjivani has already contributed to Jessica’s treatment. Everyone gets happy while Vardhan gets irked with the over drama.
Rishab too joins him and both discuss Sid. Ishaani sees Sid dancing with a girl and gets jealous. She’s looking at them with Jealousy when Rishab comes to her and asks forgiveness from her from the past even. Ishaani angry at Sid agrees to it and they both start dancing. Now it’s Sid turn to get jealous. Sid fumes seeing Rishab dancing with Ishaani. He drags her by her hand and pulls her to him and starts dancing with her. After that they both get lost in their own world.
Jessica is having her mehendi and Jignesh asks her to write his name in bold so that the whole world gets to know that Jessica is only for Jignesh. Jessica mocks him and Sid comes there. He sends everyone with random reasons. He says Jessica in private that both him and Shashank are aware that she actually fainted. He gives her injection and Jessica asks him to not say it to anyone. Sid agrees.
Vardhan sees Anjali and asks Rishab to do something to excite the function. Ishaani searches for Sid and Aasha sees it. She teases Ishaani showing Sid and Ishaani immediately get hold of her. Sid’s maama comes there and wants to apply Mehendi for Sid. Sid denies but later agrees for Maama. Rahil asks Maama to write Ishaani’s name and he does s so. Aasha too writes Sid’s name in Ishaani’s hands without her knowledge.
Rishab calls Shashank and Juhi for dance and everyone cheers for them. Anjali fumes seeing it while Vardhan gets happy seeing it. After lots of persuading they both get on the dance floor. They both dance happily forgetting their issues when the song stops in the middle. They are back to their uncomfortable zone. Juhi says that just like the song their discussion too ended in the middle. Shashank drags her aside and says that he has already said whatever he wanted to say. Anjali sees them together and fumes while Juhi leaves. Shashank says to himself that if it does not love then what it is.
Precap: Sid and Ishaani fall down with Ishaani over Sid. Sid notices his name in her hand. He shouts at her to stay away from him and Ishaani gets teary-eyed.
