The episode starts with Sid rushing hearing Ishaani’s accident. He gets reminded of Malvika’s accident on his way and panics. He enters the ambulance and finds Ishaani unconscious on a stretcher. He keeps calling out for her and asks the driver to start the vehicle. The vehicle starts moving and Ishaani opens her eyes shocking Sid. He gets shocked seeing her all fine and gets angry. He tries leaving but couldn’t. Ishaani asks him to deal their issue like a mature adult. She says that she’s aware that she means more than a junior doctor to him. Sid scolds her for her terrible prank and asks why did she do this.
Sid scolds her for behaving like a teenager who forgers her duties and dreams about her Prince charming. He mocks her and insults her for wasting a medical seat. However, Ishaani remains unmoved. Having no option he then uses her parents and her past to let her leave him. Ishaani gets hurt and the ambulance stops. She gets out of the ambulance and says that she’s not dumb to fall for his word and her IQ is not so low to fall for his tricks. She says that she’s aware that he intentionally using her past so that she will leave him. She promises to make him confess his love for her in seven days and Sid starts leaving.
He hallucinates Malvika’s dead body on the ground. He gets shocked. Later he sees Ishaani’s reflection on the mirror and compares her in Malvika’s face. He fears for Ishaani to have the same fate of malvika. He decides to somehow make Ishaani despise him and leaves.
Anjali hears the nurse calling Vardhan and gets excited and happy. But her excitement dies down on hearing his absence for the day. On the other side, Vardhan is offering pooja for his dead sister. He promises to get revenge from Shashank for her death. He says that it’s not money but revenge which he wants.
Shashank and Juhi are still in the cabin and Shashank asks her not to answer the question has some questions are meant to be unanswerable. They both share a light-hearted moment and Juhi leaves. Ishaani is lying on a stretcher and is thinking of ways to make him confess. She informs her friends about her challenge to Sid and Aasha scolds her for it. They ask how will she make him confess in seven days. They give all crazy ideas to her. They drag her with the stretcher and rotates her playing with her. Ishaani asks them to stop but they don’t listen. Having no other option Ishaani jumps from the stretcher and lands directly on Dr. Sid’s Arms. She says that he kept running away from her but life keeps getting them close.
Sid calls Rishab and asks whether they can announce to the interns. He agrees and Sid announces that he has chosen Dr. Aasha in his team and is shifting Ishaani to Rishab’s team shocking everyone. He takes Aasha with him and leaves and Ishaani looks at him shocked
