The episode starts with Ishaani greeting Bittu. They all sit together for dinner. Bittu asks about Ishaani’s comeback to her work. Bittu asks when are they going to give good news as its been three years since they go married. Everyone gets awkward at it while Bebe reprimands her.
Ratan announces that Ishaani will be back to Sanjivani the next day. Ishaani pauses at the statement. She gets up to leave for bed saying that she’s not hungry. Bittu asks why’s the going towards guest room.
Servant says they Ishaani always stays there. Ratan glares at him for revealing it. The servant immediately changes the statement and manages the situation. Bebe says Ishaani that guest room is undergoing some modifications and asks her to sleep in Ratan’s room. Ishaani nods and leaves followed by Ratan. Bebe scolds Bittu and explains her about giving space. Bittu is sure that something is wrong for sure.
Ishaani comes to Ratan’s room while Ratan comes out of the bathroom only in his towel. He dresses up immediately while Ishaani turns away. He apologizes while Ishaani says its OK. He gives her ac remote and acts nervous in order to make her feel comfortable. She taunts him for ordering her outside while inside he’s ready for her orders. She wonders if he has split personality.
Ratan says that even now she’s behaving like Doctor and trying to diagnose his disease. Ishaani just leaves for bed. They both sleep at both ends of the end. There’s awkward silence between them. Ishaani looks at their marriage pictures but immediately keeps it down. She leaves lost in her thoughts. Ratan notices it.
Next day Bebe is taking aarti of Ishaani for her first day at work. Ratan encourages her while Ishaani is still hesitant. She leaves and Bb asks Ratan to take care of their relationship. He agrees and leaves while Bb prays for their welfare
. At Sanjivani Rahil and Rishab are discussing about an important case. They excitedly waits for Nurse to write the name of the doctor who’s going to perform the surgery. Ishaani too comes there and gets shocked seeing her name in the board.
Rishab and Rahil welcome Ishaani and Rishab mocks at her for getting works done as her husband is the owner. He indirectly taunts her with Sid and leaves. Ratan too takes his leave while Rahil says that even after so many years he didn’t change a bit.
Ishaani asks if he’s upset at her but he denies. He says that after Sid departure she never contacted him or even invited him for her marriage. He is about to give the surgery patient details when Ishaani rubs her name off the board.
Ishaani goes to the patient and sweet talks with her. He persuades her into believing that Rishab is the best doctor in Sanjivani. Ratan comes there and realizes Ishaani did something with the patient. When Ratan asks the patient whom should do their surgery the patient takes Ishaani’s name shocking Ishaani.
Precap : Ratan shows Ishaani’s name on board and presses that she will do the surgery for sure.
