The episode starts with Ishaani missing Aasha while following her and gets panicked. Aasha in the other hand is seen checking the reports of the patient. She finds the haemoglobin content normal and changes it. She apologizes God for the sin and leaves after clearing her traces. Sid comes and checks the reports and gets shocked seeing haemoglobin content so low and it can be critical.
In the meantime a tensed Ishaani says Rahil about feeling something weird. Rahil says that he’s not having any surgery and why should they worry then. Ishaani still feels weird. She finds nurse taking another packet of blood for the patient and gets surprised about it. She says two bags of blood for a patient doesn’t seek good.
She comes there and Sid says Prashant that everything will be alright. Suddenly they see the patient struggling to breathe and her pulse becomes abnormal. Sid and everyone gets shocked and Ishaani urges Sid to fo something. Sid does treatment and she gets stable. Ishaani says Sid that he had saved her.

Rahil reads the reports and says that her hemoglobin is normal and why did he infuse blood in her. It got critical only because of it. Sid reads the report and gets shocked. Prashant gets furious and lashes out at Sid while Vardhan watches it happily. He takes him to a room and locks it from inside. Ishaani shouts him to open but he didn’t.
Prashant thrashes Sid badly and Ishaani begs him to let him go. Even Aasha couldn’t bear the sight of it while Vardhan enjoys it. Aasha asks disgusted that how could he enjoy it. Vardhan says its because of her he’s in this condition. Aasha says she did everything only on his saying but she couldn’t bear the sight of his blood now. Ishaani calls security and they releases Sid from Prashant’s clutches. Rahil asks him to hander over to police but Sid asks them to let him go.
Ishaani says Rahil that something is terribly wrong as Sid can never make such mistake. They decide to find it with cctv footage and goes to the security control room. Rahil keeps the security busy while Ishaani checks the footages. Juhi comes to Shashank and says that Sid has crossed his limits and says everything. Shashank gets shocked.
Later Ishaani tells Rahil that only the cctv footage of lab is tampered. She’s sure that someone is definitely playing a very big game. Sid gets treated by nurse Philo and asks her to not treat him as he don’t deserve it. He asks if she too thinks he’s a bad doctor. Philo denies and says ghat someone is definitely framing him. Ishaani gets determined to find the culprit.
Precap : Ishaani confront Aasha ior spoiling Sid’s life. Aasha says that she’s not doing all this willingly but is compelled to do so. Ishaani asks who compelled her. She just hugs her and cries.
