Episode starts with the priest noticing the missing of gold bangles and notify the security about it. They runs behind Gauri to catch her, while Gopal makes her sit inside the truck and drives away from there. Meanwhile, Rajeev along with Amrita and Rajeshwari gets inside his car and proceed towards their house. Meanwhile, Amrita calls Alok and notify him about the sage. She tells that how he predicted her future and asked her to be careful. She recalls his words, while Rajeev denies to believe it. But, she still tells Alok about everything and says that she believes on him.
Here, Gopal keeps driving the truck speedily in order to avoid the police. Whereas, suddenly Rajeev and Gopal’s vehicle gets collided. Everyone gets shocked, while Alok hears the sound of collision and becomes worried. He keeps shouting Amrita’s name, while she gets consciousness.
Amrita holds her belly as she feels immense pain, while she tries to wake Rajeev up. She gets worried for him, whereas Rajeshwari coughs and holds her injured hand. She then takes the phone and tells Alok about their accident. He becomes shocked and immediately leaves the police station to help them and keep asking them to stay safe.
Elsewhere, Rajeev wakes up and looks after Amrita and his mother. Whereas, Gopal’s mother tries to wake Gauri and him. She gets concerned for them and ask for help, while Amrita goes towards them to help Gauri. Rajeev tries to stop her but she tells that even Gauri is pregnant. She moves towards the latter, while Gopal’s mother notices her and recognises her to be the same lady from whom Gauri is obsessed.
Amrita ask Gauri to wake up and both tries to hold their pain. The latter gets mesmerised seeing Amrita and holds her hands. Whereas, Gopal’s mother keeps trying to wake Gopal, while Rajeev stops a truck and gets all the ladies inside it. They rushes towards the hospital and gets both the pregnant ladies admitted.
Ahead, Gauri and Amrita looks at one another and gets into labour pain. The doctor performs their delivery, while Rajeshwari and Rajeev prays for the baby. Both Amrita and Gauri delivers baby girl, while Alok also reaches there and Gopal hides away seeing him.
The nurse gives the baby to Alok while he notices the birth mark. Meanwhile, Amrita keeps looking at Gauri. Whereas, Gopal sneaks inside the room and wakes Gauri.. He notify her about the police and proclaims that they need to leave from there. He makes her change and sneaks out of the hospital.
Further, Amrita tries to find Gauri but gets unsuccessful. The latter ask about her baby, to which Gopal assures that he will bring her back from the hospital. He decides to again go back to the hospital, while Gauri shows her concern towards him and says that she is nothing without him. She takes a promise from him that he will return back safely.
