The episode starts with Chedhilal fainting and everyone rushes to him. They wonders what it is when Chedhilal says that the electricity bill is 18 lakh. They gets shocked that how its possible when Sargam clears it that its toll free no and it was a printing mistake. Chedhilal sighs in relief. Gupta comes there and Chedhilal asks why he’s here. Gupta says that he heard they got electricity bill of 18 lakh and asks him to name the show on his name. So that he will give 8 lakh to him. Chedhilal sends him away saying that it’s a misunderstanding. Eklavya brings Dadu’s full body check up result. Eklavya reads that Dhadhu’s kidney is failed that too both. Gupta says that kidney operation needs more money and says the check is ready. Chedhilal stares at him and he leaves.
Chedhilal visits doctor who says that they needs lakhs for Kidney transplantation. However he gives another idea that in order to reduce their expense someone from their family can donate the kidney. He says that if anyone out of the five matches with Dhadhu’s then they can donate the kidney. Chedhilal asks him to take their tests while the brothers gets shocked. Appu visits Dhadhu in the pretext of oiling Dhadhu’s feet. He coaxes him with sweet words and says that he mistakenly had non veg thinking it to be paneer. Dhadhu asks if he should ask Doctor to wash it with holy water before replacing it. They hear another knock and Aasha calls out from outside. Appu hides while Aasha comes in with the same pretext of oiling his feet. He too acts sweet but says that je smoked 2 years back hence his kidney would’ve been affected.
Dhadhu says smoking affects liver but Aasha cooks up an excuse. They hear another knock and Aasthik calls out from outside. Aasha hides with Appu while Aasthik comes in. He repeats the same when Aasthik says that according to his Guru ji if his kidney got matched with him then he need to stay bachelor in his next life. They hear another knock and Aasthik hides with Appu and Aasha. Alokik comes inside and says that if he gets his kidney then even he will start seeing ghosts like him. He gets shocked seeing the others in the room already.. Eklavya too comes there. Dhadhu says that if they are ready to sacrifice for him then even he can accept few defects for them.
Next day, Chedhilal makes Aasthik, Appu and Eklavya one side and Alokik and Aasha on the other side. He points Appu team and says that the trio kidney didn’t match with Dhadhu. He says that only Aasha and Alokik kidney matches with him. He asks Dhadhu to select one among them. Dhadhu says he’s fine with both. Later, Aasha acts like a drunkard to make them believe that his organs are damaged. Alokik thinks to do something too. Dhadhu says Chedhilal that since Aasha is a drunkard with spoilt kidney then he needs to accept Alokik’s kidney. Alokik hears it. He acts like speaking with spirits scaring Chedhilal and Dhadhu. Dhadhu wonders what to do. Next morning, Dhadhu says that he don’t want Alokik’s kidney as he don’t want to see ghosts. He says he don’t want Aasha’s too. Sargam offers to give her kidney as she got tested unknowing to anyone. She says her kidney matched with him and is ready to give kidney to him. Aasha says that it’s not alcohol and says that he will give the kidney to Dhadhu. Sargam gets Doctor’s call who says that their blood sample got switched by hospital staff and Dhadhu is completely fine. They all rejoice while Alokik still speaks with spirit. They asks him to stop acting but Alokik proves that he can see ghosts.
