The episode starts with Seher thinking what happened to Mahid? How did he get hurt this much? She feels bad to see his wounds. She thinks that his family is there to worry for him. She don’t need to worry for him. She couldn’t control her tears seeing his state. She says to Mahid that lakhs of nails pierced into her feet. He can’t understand the pain she is going through. She wants to go far from him. She doesn’t want to stay with him. She vented out her anger on him. She is about to leave but he holds her hand. Seher tries to release her hand from his grip but he holds her hand tighter.
Later, Farid is giving a head massage to Amal. He assures her that her headache will be alright. Pervez comes there and create a problem. He is searching for Kausar and Seher in his house. Amal says to Farid that he is a dangerous person. He will definitely create some scene here. She advises him to call the police soon. Farid calms her down. He says to Pervez that he is also fed up with Kausar. He asks him to sit down. He will bring a tea for him. Pervez thinks that he is scared. Farid is boiling the water. Amal asks him what he is planning to do with him? Farid says that he shouldn’t have touched his daughter. He will teach a lesson to him. He won’t leave him today. Meanwhile, The doctor says to Husna that Mahid is alright. He can discharge from the hospital tomorrow. Husna wish to meet him. Nazima is stubborn to meet him first.
Tahir says that he has the rights to meet him first. Husna complaints that he don’t have a blood relationship with him. As a friend he has to be in his limit. She asks Nazima to meet him. Nazima is shocked to see Seher with Mahid. She wants to separate them but Husna stop her. She says that she will teach her a lesson today. Meanwhile, Farid tied Pervez with a rope. He asks Amal to pour a boiling water on his face. Pervez pleads with him not to do it. Farid scolds him for treated his daughter badly. He threatens to call the police. Farid says that the police only believe the educated people. He demands him to apologise to Amal. Pervez apologized to him. Amal asks him to promise that he won’t hurt Kauser aunty again. Farid released him. The paper falls down from his hand. He comes back to take it. Farid calls Kausar to learn where she is? She informs him that she is with Barka. Pervez hears it.
Later, Husna brings the police to threaten Seher to go far from Mahid’s life. She humiliated Seher there. Kauser comes there and give a fitting reply to Husna. She removed Mahid’s hand and take Seher from there. Nazima asks Husna if she come back to his life again? Kausar scolds Seher for not avoiding Mahid. Seher tells her that she decided to become a doctor not a stone. Later, Mahid gained the consciousness. Husna hides from him that Seher came to meet him. Nazima tries to apply the ointment to his wound. Mahid stops her. He confronts her what have she done to Seher? She already packed her bag to leave from the house. She would’ve done something to her. Later, Pervez created a scene in Barka house. He reveals the truth to Kausar that Muneera is alive.

Wasim plotted against Mahid to ruin his reputation. Seher risked her life to save Mahid and stopped him from committing a crime. But Wasim forced the culprit to give the statement against Seher. Husna used the situation and turned the table against Seher. She created a misunderstanding between Seher and Mahid. Will Seher prove her innocence? How will Seher tackle the new problem?
