The episode starts with Nandhini calling Vanaja. The latter tells she is happy and is about to call her. She says that she succeeded to do puja to Vinayagar in front of Akila. She got the respect and dignity that she didn’t get in these many years. Nandhini is amused.
Nandhini says she planned to turn Adhi against Akila. Vanaja says he will never go against his mom. Nandhini says she knows that so she planned to make him against his mom without his knowledge. Vanaja asks how they can turn Adhi against Akila.
Nandhini says she has a plan. She says she knows that Adhi would approach an investor who doesn’t ask for any surety, to start his own business, so she prepared an investor called Sharma. Vanaja says she didn’t tell her about any plan. Nandini says she wants to surprise her with her plan. Vanaja asks when Adhi is going to sign the agreement. Nandhini says today. She says that sign is going to change the fate of mother and son. Vanaja is delighted.
Adhi meets Sharma. Adhi reads the agreement. Sharma tries to divert Adhi from reading the agreement. Sharma asks to sign the agreement before the auspicious time pass. Adhi reads a condition that says he has to beat the current number one company which is his mom’s company. Adhi says they did not have any discussion regarding this condition before.
Sharma tries to convince him saying it’s to motivate him. Adhi says he understands what Sharma is doing, he is trying to make him against his mom. He says it will never happen and leaves without signing the agreement.
Adhi returns to his home. Parvathi enquires about the agreement. Adhi says he didn’t sign the agreement and explains the reason. Adhi says someone is behind Sharma who wants to turn him against his mom which will never happen.
Adhi asks Parvathi if she is sad with his decision. She says she is happy with his decision. Adhi lies down on Parvathi’s lap while idhudhaan idhudhaan song is playing in the background. She caresses his hair while he holds her another hand. They share a romantic moment.
Akhila questions her manager regarding Adhi’s project. Manager says Adhi didn’t sign the agreement and explains the reason. Akila says even in the tough situation he is, he rejected the offer just for her. She says she is proud of him.
She says sadly he loves her a lot but he didn’t understand her. He searches for her happiness even in small things but he forgot her while taking the important decision of his life.
Nandhini scolds Sharma that he can’t even get a sign from Adhi. She is disappointed that Adhi didn’t sign the agreement. Suddenly Akila comes there. She slaps Nandhini and warns her. She says Adhi loves her a lot though he leaves far away from her. He is Aathikadavur family’s son, he will never go against his mom.
