Episode starts with Neelima scolding Priyanka and says that she will never allow surrogacy in her house. Priyanka states that Neelima is trying to hide something from them. She demands her to say the truth while Neelima gets furious and ask Neel to handle her wife.
Priyanka says that Neelima always forces her decision on others and even gets into their personal space. She told everyone how Neelima interrogated Neel for money and states that Neelima should follow the rules too if she wants others to follow it. Neel slaps Priyanka while she gets shocked. She goes from there while KT and Priyanka shouts at Neel. Preeti follows Priyanka while everyone looks on being disturbed.
KT sits on the bed and talks to Preeti about surrogacy matter. He says that they should remove the thought about it as Neelima won’t accept it. He continues that he don’t want to upset Neelima in any way and states that soon Neel and Priyanka will bless them with a kid and that time everyone will get busy in them and won’t ask for kid from Preeti and him.
Preeti ask if he will be happy? To which he sits close to her stating that his happiness lies on her. He holds her hand saying that he just need her presence while she thinks about her illness and says to herself that she won’t be with him for long and that is why she want to give him a part of herself. KT kisses Preeti’s forehead while she looks at him lovingly (Ik Tara soft tune plays).
In the morning KT surprises Neelima with a breakfast date. She gets happy seeing it and sits along with him. She ask the reason behind pampering his mother! To which he ask her to stop forcing Preeti for a child. He was about to continue when Preeti comes there and acts to get nauseous.
Neelima and KT helps her to sit and was about to call doctor but Preeti stops them and lies about being pregnant. Neelima gets overwhelmed and hugs Preeti. KT looks at her being stunned while Neelima takes out the evil eye from them. She thanks god and goes from there while KT confronts Preeti and ask why she lied to Neelima? He states that he can see fear in Preeti’s eyes while she needs her head.
She says that she don’t want to hear taunts of Neelima’s friends and really want to fulfill Neelima’s wish as she have never asked for anything else. KT gets angry reminding her how much he despise lie while she drags him inside the temple and ask him to swear on god that he don’t want a child. He looks at her and says that he do want child but not like this.
He says that he is fortunate to get her love and ask just for her presence in his life while she gets teary eyes thinking that she have very less time to live. She shows him how excited Neelima and family members are after knowing about the pregnancy news. She says that after getting child in their arms they won’t think about it being from surrogacy. She says that she will take all the blame on herself while KT looks on.
Neel apologizes to Priyanka while she looks hurt. She says that she isn’t angry with him but her heart is hurt by his action. She goes from there while he huffs being helpless.
KT sees the picture which he edited while Preeti comes there and says that it can be true. She tries to convince him for surrogacy while he agrees reluctantly. She gets happy and shows him the papers. He was about to go when she holds him and ask why is he sad? To which he replies that she is not the real Preeti as she won’t ever lie.
Preeti tries to cheer him up cracking some jokes while he says that he can see fear in her eyes. He ask her to tell the truth while she diverts his mind. She ask him to meet their surrogate while he denies stating that for him Preeti will only be the mother of his child. He says that he is agreeing for surrogacy only because of Preeti’s happiness and leaves from there while Preeti smiles.
Preeti meets Purti and thanks her. She gives her almonds and cashews asking to take it as it’s healthy while Purti gets excited seeing it and says that it will be her snack for alcohol. Preeti ask her to take care and goes.
Preeti recites her speech in front of KT while he claps for and says that all the family members will be present at the award function to cheer her. She feels dizzy and sits down while he gets worried for her health. She holds her head trying to calm herself.
Precap:- Preeti ask KT to go to the award function on her behalf as she feels unwell. Preeti gets shocked seeing Purti drinking alcohol and stops her. She breaks all the alcohol bottles and restrict her from consuming it anymore. KT shows the award to Neelima happily while they both gets inside the room to check on Preeti. On the other side Preeti gets shocked seeing KT’s car and gets inside the house in order to keep the truth away from KT.
