Episode starts with Virat wanting promise from Akshay. Akshay says I won’t do anything by going against your consent. I’ll make sure no misunderstanding gets created between you two. Heer thanks Virat and they hug each other.
Angel bumps one kinnar’s head against wall. She gets angry saying you all feel ashamed while collecting nek! You want to go against nature? How dare you. Isha says do the same thing with Heer. She says you have to separate Heer and Virat. I want Virat anyhow. She offers Angel money. Angel recalls her curse and says we can’t be friends but I’ll do what you want. They shake hands.
Heer says to Akshay that he should not worry about Biji’s decision. Biji will call him back as she won’t separate a father from his daughter for a long time. Akshay nods but remains worried for Kuhu. Angel’s partner overhears their conversation. She informs Angel.
Heer goes to doctor with Virat. She goes for health check up. Doctor says her reports are absolutely fine. Heer can undergo the surgery within 5 days. Heer and Virat get happy. One nurse informs Angel about that. Angel cuts the call and Isha gets tensed. She says how can that Heer be so lucky that her reports come out normal. Angel says don’t worry I will handle everything. I have a plan. By that I will get even more respect and Heer will get her punishment as well. Isha will also get her Virat back. But in return she wants money from Isha. Isha says ok.
Heer and Virat enter Virat’s house. Parmeet says how dare you you came to this house after doing so much. I will never accept you as your existence is the main barrier. Heer tries to say something but Parmeet interrupts saying what do you want to say?
Can you become a woman. Heer says yes its possible. Parmeet gets shocked. Heer tells them about the surgery and shows them the report as well. Heer asks with folded hands that will you accept me as your daughter in law if I become woman.
Parmeet agrees but she tells in condition she will accept her. She says if the surgery is unsuccessful then Heer will have to leave Virat. Heer says yes. Virat leaves the house angrily. Angel says to Isha that this society will never accept Heer as this I will stop the surgery from getting successful. She laughs.
Virat gets upset over the fact why Heer said yes to his mom. Heer back hugs Virat. He says we didn’t talk about it that you will agree for some condition. I love you the way you are. I don’t care even if the surgery fails. Heer says think positive. Nothing wrong will happen. She feeds him kheer. One person in hoodie appears and throws a balloon filled with petrol. That person throws a letter as well.
Virat gets cautious and bends down with Heer. Virat runs behind that person and tries to catch him/her. But that person gets into car and disappears. Its shown that that’s Angel behind the hoodie. Isha while driving asks is the work done? Angel says they will be afraid after seeing the letter. Virat opens the letter to read it.
