The episode starts with Chintu telling Saumya that his talk isn’t finished. Saumya says she will talk to him later, right now she has some urgent work. Chintu says he doesn’t want to wait for Saumya’s return. He knows when Raavi will get her senses back she will also complain against her family. How they killed her husband for money. Saumya goes downstairs and tells Harman they have to leave right now to see Kareena.
Preeto says Janmashtami Puja is yet to happen. Saumya says but staying with Kareena is more important right now for Heer’s sake. Preeto goes to take Raavi but Chintu says to Preeto and Harak that he already saw how they took care of his mother now he doesn’t need their favor anymore. He can take care of Raavi. She won’t attend the puja. He closes the door and Preeto loses her calm.
She sneaks into the room and lashes out at Chintu saying who are you to stop me from meeting my daughter. Where were you in last 15 years? You didn’t show concern to your mother that time? Why? Your father died because of his evil deed, Saumya didn’t kill him. After his return everything got ruined and he tried to kill your mother too. Chintu still blames Raavi’s family and tells them to get out. Preeto is about to attack Chintu but Harak calms her down and they leave the room. Chintu holds Raavi’s hands and says noone cares for her here.
Harak tells Preeto not to get upset. He says they will pray to God so that Chintu behaves sensibly. Janmashtami puja starts in Virat and Harman’s houses. Virat hears two people’s talk who discuss about the Janmashtami Puja in the same place where police force went for security reasons. Virat learns there no problem has occurred. He understands that its kidnapper’s trick to remove the security so that he can kill Kareena. The killer enters Kareena’s room and tries to remove the oxygen mask but Virat stops him and beats him. He questions him who are you and why he wants to kill Kareena. That killer refuses to tell and hits Virat’s head. He heads towards Kareena and Virat stops him by holding his leg but the latter again hits Virat. Killer removes the oxygen mask and Kareena chokes. He suffocates her with a pillow. Saumya and Harman enter in the meantime.
Saumya shouts seeing the killer. Harman starts beating him. Saumya calls the doctor as Kareena is struggling to breath. Doctor tells Harman to stop beating the killer. Doctor checks Kareena and Saumya gets worried. The killer pushes Harman away and runs from there. Harman and police officers chase him. Saumya tells doctor to treat Virat. She tells Kareena to calm down and assures her that she will be fine. Kareena gets restless. There Preeto and Harak cover the diya flame as its about to get blown out. Preeto says she just wants to know Heer is fine or not. She is missing for many days.
Nurse tells Kareena not to remove the oxygen mask but the latter says she always tried to harm Saumya but Saumya is trying to save her even after all these. Kareena says she is really bad. She adds before she dies she wants to tell Heer’s truth to Saumya. Saumya gets shocked. Doctor leaves to call the senior surgeon as Kareena’s health is deteriorating. Saumya insists Kareena to proceed further and Kareena tries to tell her about Heer.
