The episode begins with Ashoksundari telling Lord Shiv that she wants to live with Nahusha in her in-laws house. Nahusha asks Ashoksundari why she is diverting him from his duties. He asks her what the reason for her decision is. She tells him love is the reason. She brings butterflies there using her power. He asks her what she is doing. She tells him she wants him to choose her love. She says Nahusha should leave everything and come with her. He asks how Shi Shakti’s daughter can run away from her duties. He promises to not let their married life get affected due to his Devraj duties. She tells him she wants to lead an ordinary and happy life and that can’t happen if he was Devraj then.
Goddess Parvati asks Ashoksundari to not be stubborn like this. Ashoksundari tells Goddess Parvati that it’s not her stubbornness but the truth of her heart feelings. She asks Lord Shiv to understand her at least. Lord Shiv tells Goddess Parvati to let husband and wife choose.
Nahusha tells Ashoksundari that they will talk about it later. Ashoksundari tells Nahusha that they will decide now. She says she wants Nahusha to choose love, but she knows he will choose duties. She adds she decided to leave with these butterflies. Everyone gets shocked hearing this.
Ashoksundari tells Nahusha that she won’t force him for anything. She asks him to come to her when he misses her. She says she will be waiting for Nahusha. She hugs Goddess Parvati. Then she takes Lord Shiv’s blessings. She moves from there. Nahusha asks Ashoksundari to not go. But Ashoksundari leaves from there. Nahusha says he can’t choose between duty and love. He asks Lord Shiv to stop Ashoksundari. Goddess Parvati asks Lord Shiv to do something.
Lord Shiv says there is a solution to all the problems in their heart. He tells Nahusha to make a choice. Nahusha tells Lord Shiv that he is not able to do that. Lord Shiv says Ashoksundari chose love, truth, and relationships, and it’s Nahusha’s turn. And he says he won’t tell what Nahusha should do. He asks Nahusha whether the latter can fulfill his duties without love or whether he can quit his duties for love. He adds Shiv Shakti will accept Nahusha’s decision.
Nahusha screams at Ashoksundari to stop it. Ashoksundari stops. Nahusha announces that he quit the position of Devraj. Ashoksundari smiles hearing this. Shiv Shakti also smiles. Nahusha says he wants to spend life with his wife. He takes Shiv Shakti blessings. He leaves from there with Ashoksundari.
Indra hears this. He says it’s not easy to become Devraj. He thinks now Lord Shiv will realize the importance of him. In the Kailash, Lord Shiv asks the Devtas to decide who will be the new Devraj. Kartikeya takes the crown of Devraj and says he will stay.
On the other hand, Shukracharya frees himself and claps. He asks whether any warrior from the Asur community is alive. He says it seems like he lost, and he can’t live with this failure. He announces that he will commit suicide there. Lord Shiv hears this.
