The episode begins with Lord Shiva asking Devi Ganga to come and sit in Devi Parvati’s place. Devi Ganga gets happy hearing this and moves towards Lord Shiva. Mansa asks Devi Ganga to stop. She asks Devi Parvati to come and see Lord Shiva give the latter’s place to Devi Ganga. Devi Parvati gets shocked hearing this and goes to Kailash.
Narad asks Lord Narayan why Lord Shiva agreed to fulfill Devi Ganga’s demand. Lord Narayan asks Narad to have patience and see what happens.
Devi Parvati reaches Kailash. Mansa blocks Devi Parvati’s way. Lord Shiva and Devi Parvati smile at each other. Ganesh and Shivgans come there. Mansa asks Devi Ganga to sit now in front of everyone. She says, Let this world see Lord Shiva is ready to give Devi Parvati’s place to Devi Ganga to get Gangajal. Devi Ganga moves towards Lord Shiva. Mansa notices Devi Parvati is smiling. She asks why Devi Parvati is not reacting. Devi Ganga sits in Devi Parvati’s place, but Lord Shiva stands and walks away. She feels insulted. Mansa asks why Devi Parvati is smiling when Lord Shiva belongs to Devi Ganga for a second.
Devi Parvati says overconfidence makes them feel they won even though they lost. Mansa turns around and sees Devi Ganga sitting alone. Lord Shiva tells Devi Ganga that she can sit in Devi Parvati’s place, but she can’t sit beside Shakti’s Shiv. Devi Parvati asks Devi Ganga to understand Lord Shiva instead of getting angry. She says Lord Shiva respected the husband-and-wife relationship and also fulfilled Devi Ganga’s wish. Diti says this time Devi Parvati won, but Devi Ganga and Mansa will win in the end.
Mansa tells Devi Ganga that it’s Lord Shiva’s cunning move. Lord Shiva tells her that she is committing sin, not him. He hopes Mansa doesn’t commit any more faults. Devi Ganga tells him that the condition was getting Devi Parvati’s place, and without Lord Shiva, that won’t have any meaning. She says Lord Shiva did not fulfill her wish, so she won’t give anyone water, and she won’t let anyone get water from other rivers. She adds, Let’s see how Lord Shiva’s abhishek happens. Devi Parvati gets shocked hearing this. Devi Ganga takes water and tells Lord Shiva that she has water and to let her do his pooja. She says it’s not her problem if others don’t have water then. Lord Shiva tells Devi Parvati that it seems like Devi Ganga’s pure water got mixed with pride.
Devi Ganga says there will be arrogance in her water because the whole universe swears on her water. Lord Shiva says arrogance is the wrong attitude. Mansa says Lord Shiva did not tell anything when Devi Parvati had pride. Lord Shiva says there is a difference between having pride for doing good for the universe and insulting the universe because of pride. Devi Ganga asks who will break her pride. Lord Shiva says he will do that. He announces he will bring more pure water than Devi Ganga’s water. Diti asks him whether he will make Devi Ganga his wife if he fails to do that then. Lord Shiva accepts Diti’s condition.
