The episode begins with Diti refusing to free Lord Narayan. Goddess Parvati says Diti has to do what Rishi Kashyap did if Diti won’t free Lord Narayan then. She asks whether Diti will do like Rishi Kashyap. Diti says she won’t do that. Goddess Parvati orders Diti to free Lord Narayan. Diti frees Lord Narayan. She gets freedom too. Lord Narayan gives thanks to Goddess Parvati. Diti tells them to be careful because Shukracharya found a way to defeat Shivatva. Shukracharya says even Shiv Shakti can’t defeat his plan. He adds a storm will come. Diti says Asurs will win completely, else they will be destroyed completely. She leaves from there with Shukracharya.
Indradev says they have heard many warnings like this, and Asurs never won. He adds they have Shiv Shakti, so they need not worry about anything. Lord Shiv says Shukracharya and Diti have nothing to lose, so they are determined to go to any extent to win. He reveals he is worried and leaves from there. Goddess Parvati says she is also worried because Lord Shiv is worried. She adds she never saw Lord Shiv like this, and this is not good for the world. She also leaves from there. Indradev tells Lord Narayan that Asurs don’t have anything, so Devtas need not worry. Lord Narayan tells Indradev not to doubt Shiv Shakti and leaves from there. Indradev wonders what Shukracharya is up to.
Shukracharya and Diti summon all of the Asura clans. Shiv Shakti sees this. Goddess Parvati asks Lord Shi why Shukracharya and Diti are doing this. Lord Shiv says he doesn’t know the reason, but this is not good. Goddess Parvati tells him she is feeling restless.
Chandradev tells Indradev that Shukracharya and Diti summoned all the Asur clans. Indradev assumes Shukracharya and Diti are preparing for battle. Lord Narayan thinks Shukracharya’s plan is not a battle. Indradev tells the Devtas that they should destroy all the Asur clans. He chants.
Asur tells Shukracharya that everyone is there. He asks Shukracharya why the latter called them. Shukracharya tells them this battle won’t be fought with weapons. He says they can’t win with power, so they should use strategy. Asur asks what the strategy is. Shukracharya tells them they should sacrifice their life.
Lord Shiv tells Shukracharya to change at least now. Lord Narayan says even Shukracharya knows the consequences will be dangerous. Shukracharya says Asurs will be benefited in the end. Goddess Parvati tells Shukracharya not to commit this sin and understand the value of life. Rahu says they know the value of life and identity; that’s why they are fighting for it. Diti says Asurs will sacrifice their life for Asurlok. Asurs says they are ready to sacrifice. Shukracharya says this is just the beginning. He adds even Tridev can’t stop the consequences of this yagya. He orders them to bring the asti kalash of all asurs.
Lord Narayan tells Lord Shiv that they should stop Shukracharya. Indradev tells Lord Shiv to stop this yagya.
