After embracing motherhood with the birth of her twins, Shaurya and Siya, on November 29, 2024, the actress is ready to dive back into acting.
Shraddha confirms to Zoom that she is rejoining Ekta Kapoor’s Kumkum Bhagya as Preeta. “A big yes! I missed being part of the Bhagya Universe,” she shared, adding that the shoot will begin very soon.
Shraddha had taken a break from work to welcome her twins with husband, Indian Navy officer Rahul Nagal, whom she married in an intimate ceremony in November 2021. Her return marks a continuation of the legacy she built over the seven-year run of Kundali Bhagya, where her character held a special place in the hearts of viewers.
A source from the production stated that Shraddha’s return has been positively received by the team and she has officially given her nod.
