The episode begins with Mihir treats that Beggar and gives medicine to him saying he should follow all his instructions. Rani sees that and recalls how Mihir behaved with him a few hours back and gets confused. Beggar thanks Mihir saying he misunderstood him but he is like a God and leaves from there. Rani says she saw how he poured alcohol on that Beggar’s wound.
Mihir says maybe she doesn’t know but they can use alcohol to clean the wounds and people tend to misunderstand him but he doesn’t care about that. He says his wife says that if anyone misunderstands him then that’s their problem, not his. She thanks him for saving Raja also apologizes to him and says he is changed now.
He says she need not get emotional because he just did his job which is saving his patient’s life that’s it and tells her to call him as a doctor instead of using his name because his patient’s family addresses him as a doctor only which shocks him. He tells her to leave from there if she finished talking then, saying he has to attend his patients.
Rani asks Utsav about their family members seeing them missing there. He says Mihir’s staff told others to go outside because only one person can stay here and they are going to shift Raja to ICU too. He says he sends their parents too and it was hard for them to believe that Mihir is a doctor now. She says Mihir changed now he is not the same useless guy now and it’s good that everything finished in their past itself.
Mihir adores Rani’s picture which he has on his table and thinks he missed her a lot and he needs her. Rani says she never thought she will meet Mihir again like this and it’s really hard to believe that he becomes a neurosurgeon now and she believes that he will bring back Raja to her. Mihir takes a watch from one box and recalls his proposal and her rejection and how he stopped that watch from working. He comes to reality and says he never forget her and he decided that day itself this watch will start to work when she will come back to his life again and he was even sure that she will be back to his life but didn’t think she will become back as someone else’s wife.
Rani tells Utsav that there was a time she didn’t trust Mihir but now she has to believe that he changed. Mihir says he didn’t change either his love for her and he told her his love will win now he will play from both sides and going to use Raja as a pawn and starts to laugh then smirks seeing Rani’s picture saying soon she will become his.
On the other side, Gunvant and Kirtida dance with loud music to celebrate their happiness. He says soon Raja going to die and happily dances. Asha comes there and throws all the things, and breaks their photo frame too and messes up the whole room then she warns them that she won’t leave them if anything happens to Rani and Raja. Rani enters Raja’s room and says she was dying to see his face and takes his hand in her hand and cries. She says it’s hard for her to see him like this and tells him to get well soon for her.
