The episode starts with Vrinda explaining Rani that there are chances that he came to speak something with her and she would’ve misunderstood seeing the divorce papers. Rani recalls it and says that hr has not signed the papers. She says that she can’t understand anything. Vrinda says that she has hope till Raja signs the papers. Hitan gives papers to Raja to sign but Raja hesitates. Hitan brainwashes him into signing it but his trick fails and he leaves without signing it. Kirdida says that he will sign for sure if not today he’ll sign the next day. Raja gets into thinking.
Hitan calls Raja and Ektan to give him kites and threads for maharsanskranti. He asks them to enjoy and asks Raja to live happily forgetting everything. Aasha calls Raja to have food but Raja leaves upset at her. Kirdida tears her slippers herself and asks Aasha to repair it. She takes the slippers and Kirdida taunts her for losing her son in the cycle of getting 50 lakh daughter in law. Kirdida goes back to the the cycle of using Raja and loading him with works. Raja agrees tk do the work as always. Aasha fumes.
Rani is crying nearby lost in Raja thoughts. She sees Phopat playing kites with kids. She recalls her childhood moments with Raja. Vrinda asks Rani to have sweets. She asks her to not lose hope as its an auspicious day. She says that today even enemies will get united. Rani says that she lost hope being snatched everytime at 99. Vrinda says that she still has hope. Neighbours asks Rani what’s she doing in maayka during maharsanskranti. Vrinda manages while Rani leaves. She sees Phopat fighting with kids for his kite. He snatches the kite from and Rani scolds him.
Rani promises to get back his cut off kite and asks him to give the children’s kite to them. He gives it and Rani chases after the kite. Raja is in market with Kirdida. He also sees the kite and both catch it st the same time. Raja thinks that it’s their first Maharsanskranti and how nice it would have been if they were together. He dreams of celebrating the festival with Rani and his family and with their romance.
Raja comes out of the dream and both Raja and Rani are lost in each other. Next time Rani dreams of her perfect Maharsanskranti with Raja if they were together. Kirdida sees them together and gets shocked. She shouts at Rani to not even look at him and asks Raja to leave. She takes away Raja with her. Rani cries seeing the kite.
Rani’s father asks Vrinda to care about Utsav too. He says that whatever he did is for Rani’s happiness. He supports him saying that his intention was not wrong. He asks him to come in but Vrinda says that if he comes kn then she’ll leave the house. Utsav asks them to let it go. They gets a letter for Rani and reads it and gets shocked. Rani asks what happened and they say that it’s court order for her marriage annulment. Rani acts unaffected.
