By Gossips Tv : Star Plus has unveiled the intriguing promo of its upcoming show Sampoorna, starring Aham Sharma as Aakash, Vishal Singh as Inspector Sattu, and Sandipta Sen as Mitti. The series is confirmed to be the Hindi remake of the acclaimed Bengali OTT series Noshtoneer.
In Sampoorna, Aham Sharma steps into the role of Aakash, a skilled heart surgeon and a devoted family man. Mitti (Sandipta Sen) is introduced as his loving and supportive wife, while Sattu (Vishal Singh) plays a determined police officer. The promo initially paints a picture of a warm and happy family, but the narrative quickly takes a darker turn.
The story then introduces Naina, Aakash’s student, who is shown to be slightly obsessed with him, admiring him as both a teacher and mentor. However, the atmosphere shifts dramatically when Naina levels false accusations against Aakash. In a tense twist, Sattu arrives to arrest him, leaving viewers in shock.
The original Bengali series Noshtoneer follows a woman’s struggle to reclaim her life after her husband’s involvement in a scandal shatters their seemingly perfect world. The Hindi adaptation promises to retain the emotional intensity while adding fresh elements for a wider audience.
The promo ends on a gripping cliffhanger, ensuring high anticipation for the premiere. Sampoorna will go on-air from 28th August, airing every evening at 7:30 PM on Star Plus.
