The episode starts with Malini, Sundari and Sid climbing the wall and jumping inside the house without henchmen noticing them. Malini and Sid go separate while Sundari goes in the other direction to find her mother. Sid and Malini finds Kumar through a window and calls out to him. Kumar gets relieved seeing them and asks them for help as he thinks that the henchmen would kill him. They ask him about Vallimmai and he says that they are planning to take kidney from Valli and transplant it to Annachi. They gets shocked hearing it while Kumar again pleads to save him. Sid looks for a way.
Sundari comes across a room where both Vallimmai and Annachi were present for operation. Muniyandi urges Doctor to start the operation but Doctor says it’s not as easy as he thinks it is. Sundari hears their conversation. Muniyandi asks him to take both the kidney but makes sure to save his brother. Doctor asks him not to force him as he’s already going against his ethics too much and if he trouble more then he can’t assure for the life of his brother. Muniyandi gets furious hearing it and warns the Doctor to go ahead with the operation as they are already in a big trouble and can’t waste time anymore. Sundari learns that they have only an hour to start the operation.
Sid and Malini saves Kumar and they reach out to Sundari. Sundari says about finding her mother and asks Sid to sneak out to car and ask for help as they have only an hour left to perform the surgery. Sid does as she says and contacts his father who explains a plan to him followed by Mallika who also guides him about what to do next. Muthu wakes up gaining consciousness. The henchmen catch everyone including Sid and Sundari. Muniyandi comes there and asks them to not make chaos until they perform the surgery. He says that they were helpless as they need to save Annachi at any cost. They take them in.
Sundari pleads Muniyandi to leave her mother but Muniyandi asks her to keep quite if she wants her mother alive. He promises to let go off her mother after getting her one kidney if she doesn’t make any issue. Muniyandi urges the Doctor for surgery. Sundari makes use of the opportunity and points empty syringe at Annachi’s neck. At first Muniyandi mocks her for scaring him with simple syringe but Doctor explains how dangerous it is if injected in nervous system. Muniyandi gets scared and pleads Sundari to let go off his brother. Police comes there at the same time and arrests everyone. Muniyandi looks at Sundari with vengeance. Sundari later lashes out at her mother for acting reckless. She asks how could she even pregnant without husband and says all her prayers are useless considering the fact.
