The episode starts with Sundari asking her mom to stay at Sid’s house. She asks Sid if his dad will have any objection, to which Sud says no. He adds that his dad considers Sundari as his daughter. Sundari takes leave to avoid any suspicion among her family. Lakshmi feels sad that Anu, who is bearing the heir of this family, isn’t staying with them because of Karthik. Murugan wakes up and finds Lakshmi lost in her thoughts and asks her what happened. Lakshmi says that she doesn’t why, but she keeps thinking about Anu. She says that they could have done Anu’s baby showering here grandly if she was her family. Murugan says that Anu and Mallika take good care of Sundari and them, so they should organize Anu’s baby shower as her family. Murugan feels sad that there’s no use good in their house. He says that he will talk to Malliga about organizing Anu’s baby shower.
Murugan asks Lakshmi not to worry about anything and sleep peacefully. Lakshmi thinks that Murugan is happy even without knowing that Anu is bearing their family heir. She feels bad that she can’t even tell the truth to Murugan because of Karthik. In the morning, Sundari taunts Lakshmi about secretly wanting to keep a baby shower function for Anu. She asks Lakshmi to tell Murugan the truth and then organize the function, so that she can be finally at peace. Lakshmi asks Sundari if she doesn’t like that they organize a baby shower for Anu and feels bad. Sundari laughs. She says that she crossed that stage. She says that she can never feel bad for them doing anything for Anu. She says that she’s bearing everything only for Anu. She says that Lakshmi has changed after her dad’s death and she doesn’t understand that.
Sundari goes to pick up Sid to go to Anu’s house to do a group study as she told Anu earlier. Sid hesitates. Sundari urges Sid to get ready to leave. Sid hopes that Anu should show as much concern as Sundari shows for Anu. Sid and Sundari reach Anu’s house. Anu is happy that Sid has come along with Sundari. Sid says that he can do anything for Sundari to become a collector. Anu takes Sid and Sundari to the study room. Sid is surprised to see the arrangement made by Anu. The latter says that she can also do anything for Sundari to become a collector.
Anu stops Sundari from going to Karthik to ask what he wants and to study with Sid. She leaves. Sundari says to Sid that Anu also wants her to become a collector. She says that Anu is good at heart despite being short tempered and Karthik is exploiting her kindness. Karthik and Sundari start to study. Anu takes coffee for Sundari and Sid. Anu’s friend, Shiva, stops her and urges her to go to Karthik while he will take the coffee for them. Anu agrees when Shiva requests her. Shiva goes to Sundari and Sid. He gets disappointed to see Sid as he expected a girl friend. Sundari introduces Sid to Shiva. The latter asks Sid if he is single or if he loves someone. Sundari says that he is single, while Sid hesitates to answer. Shiva says that Sid hesitated to answer so he might love someone secretly and offers to help him. Sid looks nervous.
