The episode starts with Saksham comes to the living room and asks is anyone saw his laptop bag. He then calls his worker’s. Priya comes there and gives him his laptop bag. She says to Saksham that don’t he think that they both are going to his company from his house together and it feels like that they both are couple. Saksham looks at Priya. Priya senses his anger and tells that she is just joking.
Saksham tells her if her comedy session is over then they can leave for the office. Gopika comes there and asks Saksham that is he slept in a good way also asks he isn’t feeling any back pain right. Saksham tells Gopika that he already told her that he used to sleep in the floor during his college days so he is perfectly fine. He also praises her idea. Gopika blushes. Priya jokes at Gopika. Gopika then tells Saksham that she will also accompany him to the company where they can have lunch together.
Priya reminds Saksham about the meetings with their UK clients. She then asks Saksham to cancel the meeting but Gopika tells Saksham that she dont want anything bad to happen to the company because of her so they will have lunch together some other time and asks him to attend the meeting.. Mithila comes there and asks Saksham to go the orphanage with Gopika to provide clothes on the occasion of Gopika’s birthday. She also talks how everything happened on Gopika’s birthday so she wanted to this. Priya acts and praises Mithila.
Saksham tells Mithila about his meeting with UK clients to which Mithila asks him to either postpone the meeting or cancel it or else ask Priya to take part in that meeting. Saksham leaves the place saying he will talk to his clients. Mithila coughs. Gopika worries about Mithila’s health and decides to bring water for her but Mithila stops her and tells that she is okay because of the fire she is feeling this way. Chirag comes there and tells her that he knows about her allergy so he will bring her pepper mint spray and leaves the place. Priya overhears it and thinks that if anything bad happens to Mithila Mithila because of her allergy then she is not responsible for that and smirks.
Minal asks Ashi to put a new saree on the bag which is about to given to the people in the orphanage. Ashi likes that saree. They both leaves the place. Priya’s uncle comes there and takes the saree with him. Ashi comes down and decides to take that saree thinking nothing wrong in this. She gets shocked seeing the saree is not there. She also sees the wheelchair print on the floor and wonders why mamaji is going to take the saree with him. She then starts following the wheelchair print. Mithila starts coughing and sneezing. Gopika gets worried. Chirag comes there and gives the pepper mint spray. Saksham comes there. He also worries about Mithila’s health condition but she assures both Saksham and Gopika that her health will be alright.
Saksham informs the clients are leaving tomorrow so he has to attend the meeting today itself. He then tells that he will donate the clothes in the orphanage first then attend the meeting. Mithila says okay. Once again Mithila’s health starts deteriorating so Gopika tells for her nothing is more important than her health so she will stay with her to take care of her. Saksham agrees with Gopika. He then decides to go to the office. Priya watches everything from outside. She then acts like entering the house and tells Saksham that she can’t able to get any taxi so she wants lift. Saksham agrees to it.
Priya asks him to wait saying she will return after taking the file. Mithila watches everything and tells Gopika why she is not understanding why she is doing all this to which Gopika tells for her nothing is more important than her health. She then asks her to go inside her room saying she will make her Kaada.
Priya watches everything from upstairs. She then sees Chirag with the pepper mint bottle so she asks him to spray it in her room first. Chirag agrees to it. Ramila learns one of her neighbor bought jewelry by taking loans. She likes that idea and thinks that Tejal didn’t bring anything for her when she entered the house as their daughter in law so why not she use this opportunity.
Gopika realises that ginger is missing to make the Kaada so she decides to go to the market to buy. Priya stops her and gives her the wrong spray bottle and asks her to spray it in Mithila’s room. Gopika tells it’s a wrong bottle which irks Priya but she gives the pepper mint bottle to her. Gopika puts the another bottle spray on the table and goes to Mithila’s room. Priya goes to where the AC unit is and sprays the contents in it and tells that Mithila needs to give credit to whatever she is about to go through to Gopika. She then goes and gets into the car with Saksham happily thinking that she can’t wait to see the consequences.
Mithila starts feeling more burning sensation and wonders what’s happening. Mama Ji in his room looks at the saree and gets happy but he also starts feeling the burning sensation and closes his eyes. Ashi decides to check on Mama Ji but the moment she enters the room she can’t able to open her eyes so she fails to notice that Mama Ji is standing on the bed. Chirag and Minal also feels the same feeling on their room. Gopika comes to the house and wonders why she is sensing this feeling and thinks that Mithila must be doing something in the kitchen so she goes to the kitchen but finds no one.
Chirag calls Gopika’s name thinking she is making spicy food. Mithila feels suffocation so removes her jewelry she then starts calling Gopika for help. Gopika hears Mithila’s voice so she runs towards her room. Mithila falls unconscious on the ground. Priya puts Saksham’s mobile on silent mode without his knowledge and smirks.
Precap: Gopika asks Mithila to concentrate on her breathing meanwhile she call the doctor. She then decides to bring the doctor to the house by herself when the doctor’s number comes busy. She enters the hospital but the receptionist stops her and asks what she wants. Gopika tells that she wants to meet the doctor immediately.
