The episode begins with a hoarding falling on Nandini, severely injuring her. In pain, Nandini calls out for Dil, who immediately rushes to help. Dil’s uncle sees this and cruelly remarks that Nandini is going to die. Meanwhile, Raghav plays the piano, lost in memories of his farewell moment with Nandini. He makes a heartfelt promise to return to her.
Dil struggles to get help on the road, but no vehicle stops. At the same time, Raghav remembers his mother urging him to marry Natasha in order to save Chandan’s life. Raghav refuses, saying Nandini is waiting for him, to which his mother replies that she is also waiting for her son. Eventually, Dil manages to stop a van and pleads for help. The people in the van agree and take Nandini to the hospital.
At the hospital, Dil discovers that the people who brought Nandini have left her on a bench and gone. Thankfully, the hospital staff takes Nandini inside for treatment. Back at home, Dil’s uncle celebrates with his friends, thinking Nandini will not survive.
Meanwhile, Shanaya throws a tantrum at home, refusing to go to school because her birthday party was ruined. Natasha’s mother and Raghav’s mother try to console her, but she doesn’t listen and walks away. Shanaya finds Raghav asleep in the garden and calls the family. Chandan wakes Raghav, who tells Shanaya he had brought her a cake. However, Shanaya angrily says she hates him for ruining her birthday and locks herself in her room. Raghav pleads with her to forgive him, promising to do anything she wants.
In the ICU, doctors begin treating Nandini. When Dil sees a doctor preparing an injection, she runs inside and pleads to take the injection herself so Nandini won’t feel pain. The nurse escorts her out. Dil waits anxiously. Lata arrives and comforts her. A nurse asks Lata to get some medicines and also wonders why Nandini hasn’t fallen asleep even after anesthesia. Dil explains that Nandini only sleeps with her beside her and requests to go in, but the nurse says children aren’t allowed in the ICU. Lata leaves to get the medicine.
Elsewhere, Natasha’s mother calls Shanaya and asks her to convince Raghav to help her win the Little Rock Star talent show. Shanaya agrees. Later, she opens her door and tells Raghav she will only forgive him if he does what she says. Raghav agrees. Shanaya demands that he help her win the talent show at any cost. Raghav realizes that Natasha is once again using Shanaya and decides to confront her.
Back at the hospital, Dil sneaks into the ICU and comforts Nandini, helping her sleep. The doctor and Lata enter. The doctor tells Lata they need to prepare for surgery. When Lata asks about the cost, the doctor says it will be ₹4 lakhs. Hiding under the bed, Dil overhears the conversation and decides to earn the money somehow.

Precap: Dil sings at a Jagrata and later pays ₹4,000 to the doctor. The doctor tells her that the operation costs ₹4 lakhs, not ₹4,000. Meanwhile, Shanaya shows Raghav a video of Dil singing. Raghav is amazed by her talent and wonders who she is.
