The episode starts with the doctor bringing Dil and Lata to the general ward to see Nandini. Seeing that Nandini is stable and there are no complications, Dil feels relieved. The doctor praises Dil, saying Nandini is blessed to have a daughter like her. Dil says she will stay with Nandini.
Dil’s uncle comes to check on Nandini and notices no one else is in the ward. He tries to reach out to her. Nandini regains consciousness and remembers that the accident was orchestrated by Dil’s uncle. Lata arrives, and Dil’s uncle pretends to be concerned for Nandini and Dil. Lata says it’s by God’s grace that Nandini is alive and goes to get medicine. Nandini tells her brother that she knows he is behind the accident and warns him that she hasn’t forgotten it. He remains silent.
Meanwhile, Raghav sees a video where a man reveals that donations were collected to save Dil’s mother. The man says a donor gave ₹4 lakhs and that’s how Nandini was saved.
Raghav goes to Shanaya’s room but finds her missing. The maid informs him that Natasha took Shanaya to school. However, Raghav notices Shanaya’s school bag is still at home and realizes Natasha has taken her to the Little Rock Star Talent Show.
At the show, the anchor introduces Shanaya as Raghav’s daughter. Shanaya sings Tu Dhadkan Main Dil, but the judges silently feel she is out of tune.
Raghav arrives at the venue, interrupts Shanaya’s performance, and takes her away.
Meanwhile, Natasha’s mother asks the sponsor for one hour to convince Raghav. The sponsor agrees. Natasha’s mother tells Chandan that if he fails to convince Raghav, she will handle it her own way.
Back at the hospital, Dil tells Nandini how scared she was and that she would have died if anything had happened to her. Nandini asks her not to talk like that. Dil leaves to get something for Nandini. Nandini tells Lata that it seems Dil has grown up so much in such a short time. Lata agrees and shows Nandini a video of Dil singing at a jagrata all night to raise money for her treatment. She says Dil is blessed by Goddess Saraswati and that no one can stop her from singing now. Nandini worries, saying that music may take Dil far away from her.
Shanaya sees people trolling her online, saying her singing was so bad that Raghav had to pull her off stage. She blames Raghav for the embarrassment. Raghav explains that he was only trying to protect her and asks her not to worry about the trolls. Natasha’s mother taunts Raghav, saying the headlines now read: Raghav’s Daughter Can’t Sing. She adds that if he wants to change the narrative, he must sing again. Raghav tells Shanaya that he will sing and change the headlines.

Precap: Nandini decides to tell Raghav that he has a daughter. Dil sings at Raghav’s concert, and Raghav is deeply moved by her voice.
