Episode starts with Kalyani asks Malhar about their baby. Malhar says I will not let anything happen to baby. Kalyani signs him to come near her and kisses on his cheeks. Malhar smiles and both share emotional moments. Doctor comes to room and asks nurse to arrange for sonography. Kalyani says whether something happened to our baby.
Malhar relaxes Her. doctor checks sonography. Kalyani cries saying our baby is gone and not visible. Malhar says baby will be like lemon and makes her see the baby in songraphy. Kalyani feels happy and says to him that she want to taste pickle.
Malhar gets Sarthak call saying Moksh is admitted in hospital. Kalyani gets worried and asks Malhar what happened. Malhar comes to hospital and asks doctor what happened. Doctor says we need to do bone transplant very soon to make him better. Kalyani asks Moksh to be strong until his brother or sister is born. Doctor says I registered to get donor but we didn’t get anyone. Kalyani asks what’s the need of another donor when I’m carrying Malhar baby.
Malhar says I registered to get the donor previously that time we didn’t know whether Sampada agrees for IVF or not. Rao takes Malhar outside and informs him that Atharva is still in coma and his surviving rate is low. Malhar says Atharva have to live to get bail for Kalyani. Sampada reaches to hospital and asks Malhar about Moksh and says my unborn baby also safe. Mahar raises his hand and asks her to stop and questions her what baby you’re talking and Kalyani is carrying my baby risking her life and warns her to leave. Aaosaheb stops Sampada and asks Malhar to not leave Sampada this time and suggests Malhar to get Sampada arrested and she slaps her. Malhar looks on.
Kalyani sings soya Chanda song for Moksh. Anupriya holds Kalyani shoulder and asks her to forgive her for misunderstanding. Kalyani asks why are you talking formally with me and she feels pain in the stomach. Anupriya gets worried and goes to call the nurse. Nurse checks Kalyani and she asks them to not reveal her pain to Malhar and losts her conscious. Anupriya and Sartgak gets worried and calls the doctor.
Doctor says we have to abort the baby to save Kalyani life. Malhar asks for another option but Doctor says their is no option and asks him to sign. Malhar says how can I choose between my Kalyani and baby. Otherside Kalyani subconsciously says this baby is important for Moksh life so Malhar ji don’t abort this baby. Doctor asks him to take decision quickly.
Aaosaheb says we make Kalyani agree and asks him to sign the papers but Malhar thinks about his promise to Kalyani to save their baby. Nurse informs doctor that Kalyani pulse is dropping because of internal bleeding. Doctor goes inside asking him to sign. Malhar about to sign but he imagines that Kalyani asking him to let her go to save their Moksh life. Sarthak asks Malhar to take decision quickly.
