The episode starts with Nehmat going to the kitchen instead of Renuka. The latter asks Nehmat to light a diya there. Nehmat nods ok and leaves. Sartaj is about to go after Nehmat, but he gets stopped by the priest who offers him prasad and asks him to pray. Sartaj prays for Nehmat and her child. Ekam and Harleen get the blessings and pray to the Goddess. Ekam regrets his actions and seeks the Goddess’ help to come out of this. Meanwhile, Nehmat covers her face with her duppata and goes to the kitchen.
Ekam is walking in the corridor. He senses the gas’ smell. Meanwhile, Sartaj also senses the same. Sartaj and Ekam remember that Nehmat went to the kitchen. They both rush to save Nehmat. In the kitchen, Nehmat tries to light the diya. Nehmat lights the match stick. Ekam gets into the kitchen to save Nehmat. The place catches fire. Ekam and Nehmat get stuck in the fire. Sartaj arrives there. Ekam rescues Nehmat and manages to take her out of the kitchen.
Sartaj and Ekam shout fire. The family is shocked to hear this. They ask everyone to leave. Sartaj calls the fire brigade. Naaz realizes that because of her mistake the fire accident happened. She decides not to tell anyone about it. Ekam asks everyone to go home and decides to stay back. Harleen refuses to leave without Ekam. However, Elam convinces her to leave.
The family worries about Ekam and Sartaj. Ekam arrives. Harleen expresses her concern for him. Nehmat asks Ekam where Sartaj is. Ekam is surprised and asks if he hasn’t returned home. He says that he wasn’t there. They all get worried about Sartaj and go to find him. Ekam, Nehmat and Harleen go to Randhawa’s house and find Sartaj there, which surprises them. Sartaj acts weirdly and prevents Ekam and his family from entering the house. He shows a board which states that outsiders aren’t allowed, which confuses everyone. Sartaj says that hereafter this house and all property belong to him. He shows some legal papers to Ekam. The latter reads it. Sartaj goes and sits in the armchair.
Balveer asks Sartaj what rubbish he is talking. Naaz asks Sartaj to stop joking. Sartaj asks Naaz to first know because of whom this happened. He says that it happened because of Balveer. The latter doesn’t understand what Sartaj is talking about. Sartaj reminds him that they bumped into each other when Balveer was taking the property papers. He says that he was very excited. Balveer is about to slap Sartaj. But the latter holds his hand.
Sartaj asks Balveer not to dare to slap him since all the property belongs to him, so he can throw him out of the house with his new wife. Naaz tries to play the victim card and accuses Sartaj of cheating his own family. Ekam asks Sartaj if he faked his sign. Sartaj asks Ekam to check it and adds that he signed it. Ekam remembers signing it in the police station. Harleen asks Nehmat if she knows about what Sartaj is doing.
Ekam asks Sartaj how he can do this when he has said that he isn’t interested in money. Sartaj refuses to give any explanation to Ekam. Ekam says that he trusted him. Sartaj says that he never trusts anyone. He says that Ekam learned his lesson that he should never trust any loved ones as they backstab him. He asks all of them to leave. Ekam says that Sartaj broke his trust. He asks Sartaj to stay in that house as long as he wants. He says that this house is the last symbol of his father. So, he vows to take it back from him.
Ekam assures Renuka that they will take back their house from Sartaj. They are all about to leave. Nehmat refuses to go with them and says that she will stay with them, which confuses everyone. Ekam scolds Nehmat. He reminds her that it’s written that outsiders aren’t allowed. Nehmat says that she’s not an outsider since she’s Sartaj’s fiancee.
Ekam says that Nehmat is doing a big mistake and asks her to come with him before it’s too late. Nehmat asks Ekam to stop worrying about her. Nehmat adds that she can see what they all can’t see. Renuka scolds Nehmat. Harleen says to Nehmat that they don’t understand why she’s doing this, but hopes that at least she knows about it. Rupy asks them all to go to his house. They all begin to leave. Nimmo says to Nehmat that God knows about her real intentions. Ekam wonders whether Nehmat is doing this because of him.
At the Sandhus’ house, Satti and Rupy are shocked by Sartaj’s behavior. Naaz instigates everyone against Nehmat by saying that she’s with Sartaj in this. Renuka cries. Ekam promises Renuka to get their house back. Rupy can’t believe that Sartaj could do this. Naaz blames Nehmat. She accuses Nehmat of giving this idea to Sartaj even before they came there.
The episode ends.
Precap: Nehmat is shocked to see the property papers. Sartaj snatches the papers from her. He asks Nehmat to go and tell everyone that she transferred all the property to his name.
