Episode starts with the Nehmat, who laments for her forceful marrige. She breaks in tears as she was betrayed by the fate. She couldn’t bear this struggle anymore and proceeds to take her own life jumping into the river. Nehmat stops Harleen. They both start a squabble. Harleen shouts at her as she left the marriage mondop. They both tell each other how they have been suffering in the life. Nehmat tries to calm her down but Harleen doesn’t listen her. Nehmat slaps Harleen to cease her.
Harleen tells her that still Ekam loves her and this thing hurts her. Nehmat urges her not to behave like a mad. Harleen expresses that she tried her best to build a good relationship between them but this expectation always kills her. Always she is proved wrong by Ekam. She never got her expected love from her husband. She doesn’t want to lead this loveless life, again tries to jump in the river. Nehmat struggles to save Harleen.
Suddenly, Nehmat gets a hurt in her head and falls in the river. Harleen also jumps in the river to save her. Nehmat is dragged by Harleen on the shore, but Nehmat loses her sense. Harleen tries to wake her up. Meanwhile, Sartraj also reaches there but she doesn’t open her eyes. After a while, Ekam also reaches there and becomes speechless to see the condition of Nehmat. Taking Nehmat, Sartraj goes out for the hospital. Ekam can’t believe his own eyes and blames himself for this situation.
Satraj reaches to the hospital and treatment gets started. He is not allowed to enter in the hospital. All the family members reach to the hospital. Rupu doesn’t feel well. All becomes screwless hearing the condition of Nehmat. Harleen continuously blames herself for this accident. Rupy and Satti also reach the hospital. Here the operation table is also prepared.
Doctor starts her operation as she bled a lot, so she needs an immediate operation. Nurse gives him the phone of Nehmat. Rupy laments over the situation. Ekam tries to console her. Ekam asks Harleen to calm herself because she didn’t intentionally harm Nehmat. Rupy also cries a lot. Ekam becomes puzzled how he should handle the elder. Nurse doesn’t want to say anything which increases the anger of Sartraj. Rupy asks Sartraj to believe the almighty, He will save Nehmat.
Naaz also arrives to the hospital. She pokes Harleen’s regretful situation and also tactfully blames her. Harleen rebukes her for shallow mind. Ekam goes to the Gurudwara. And he recalls the memories between Nehmat and him. He prays to God to save Nehmat’s life. Sartraj also arrives in the Gurudwara. As he never asked anything from the God, now he prays for the life of Nehmat. He recalls the best memories of Nehmat and him. He feels something genuine for Nehmat which drags him here. Ekam opens his eyes and sees Sartraj.

Precap: when Ekam and Sartraj pray to the God, he is called by a nurse and asked to come in the hospital immediately as the condition of Nehmat is getting worse. Here, Nehmat suffers a lot from breathing problem. Satti informs Harleen the deterioration of Nehmat.
