The episode starts with Nehmat talking to her parents’ photo frame and deciding to leave for both Sandhus and Kapoors’ families. She decides to go with Advait as the first step to it. Meanwhile, Naaz checks Nikhil’s diary and sees the dress designs created by Nikhil. She fumes in a rage. She says that Nehmat wants to make her husband a tailor, while Nehmat’s husband is a politician. She phones Mallika. She asks Mallika to see the sweet box she gave her. Mallika obliges and finds a bit of the newspaper article which contains the article published against Jayveer. Naaz says to Mallika that she wants to remind her of the pain that Nehmat gave her. She further says that Nehmat also gave her a lot of pain. She says that they both should join their hands as their enemy is the same, Nehmat.
Rupy and Satti phone Nehmat and ask her if they can come home in the evening to meet her. Nehmat says that she’s going out with Advait in the evening. After hanging up the call, Nehmat is worried about facing her grandparents and worries about Ekam’s reaction after learning her pregnancy news. On the other hand, Ekam wakes up with a hangover. Renuka expresses to him how much she was worried about him after seeing him drunk. Ekam apologizes to Renuka. Renuka dials Harleen’s number and asks Ekam to thank her and apologize to her as she brought him back home. Ekam obliges. Ekam thanks Harleen for bringing him home and apologizes to her for troubling her. Harleen refuses to accept his thank you and sorry on call and asks him to take her for dinner. Ekam agrees. Harleen is happy. Here Renuka advises Ekam to accept if someone wants to handle him and move forward. She asks him to get ready for dinner. Ekam recalls the news of Nehmat’s pregnancy and says that he can’t. He wishes that he shouldn’t face Nehmat as his heart breaks every time he sees her.
Advait and Nehmat reach the restaurant for their dinner date. Advait thanks Nehmat for coming. He wants to order food that Nehmat likes. Nehmat says that she likes Chinese, but he likes Indian food. Advait agrees to have Chinese. They call the manager to place their order. The manager asks if they should avoid ajinomoto in her food as they heard on the news that she’s pregnant. Nehmat nods yes. Advait apologizes to Nehmat. Just then, Ekam and Harleen arrive there. Ekam is shocked to see Nehmat with Advait there. Nehmat and Advait also notice them. Harleen thinks about when they can get rid of Nehmat. She suggests Ekam going to another restaurant if he doesn’t feel comfortable. Ekam says no. They sit at a table. Advait says to Nehmat that they can go to another restaurant if she wants. Nehmat says no, as Nikhil booked the table for them and, moreover, they have ordered the food. Harleen asks Ekam to order the food. But Ekam asks Harleen to do it. Ekam becomes sad to see Advait wiping Nehmat’s hand when water spills over his hand.
On the other hand, Naaz goes to Advait Nehmat and Nehmat’s room and places there the gifts that Mallika gave Advait when they were engaged. A FB shows Naaz learning that Nikhil kept those gifts safely after Advait threw them away as he felt bad for Mallika. Here, Harleen feeds food to Ekam. Nehmat sees this and feels bad. Ekam is unable to see Nehmat with Advait. He goes to the drinking counter despite Harleen trying to stop him and starts to drink. Nehmat sees this. Ekam continues to drink on seeing Advait feeding food to Nehmat and Nehmat caring for him. Nehmat hopes that Ekam won’t create any scenes. Advait and Nehmat dance together while Harleen dances Ekam. Ekam imagines dancing with Nehmat. He realizes that it was his dream and looks at Nehmat and Advait, who are dancing.
